That’s interesting you say that. I had similar problems with some of the earlier models. If I’d go to the triple diamond sometimes that was the right flight, but wrong club for me regarding misses.
I’m definitely looking at the TruTrack for me and my son. I really like what it does from a technology perspective.
I’ve watched a few times…get to know your opponent! ?
I’m my case get to know your partner?
I foresee you taking the glove to the head.?
The nugget that stood out for me, especially given who’s bag this is, was about the golf ball of choice. I spent last year gaming a different "X" ball. but I wanted to find a new ball for this season. I have played Callaways before, but decided it was time to pick one and commit a full season to it. In the ChromeSoft line, i knew the battle would be between CSX LS and CSX. CSX LS had teased me with some absolute bomb drives. (Bomb for this guy is very relative to me only!).
I am spin and launch challenged. That is the polite way to say I’m Tim Wakefield of golf, except not good. So I need a ball to help with that. For me the chart of ball characteristics is somewhat confusing when trying to find that perfect ball given my particular needs. With a dozen ‘G’ balls of each in hand I started the testing. I choose the CSX LS based on its Driver performance for me. But as soon as I committed to a 4 dozen pack….I was gaming out the last of the CSX…and playing partners said started commenting on how much better my ball height was with my irons and the CSX.
The nugget of lower spin with the long irons with ‘CSX LS’ and ball speed off driver was a light ball moment. Time to pick up some CSX now that i’ve used/given away/product seeded almost all of those CSX LS.
Have you considered lofting up
Absolutely. My 12 deg driver and "weakened" FTx/ZX5 irons are just for that purpose. They were really starting to all come together, until I got stuck and am not transfering my weight to lead foot. Making my low spin issue even worse.
And the USA themed ball ‘because America!’ ?? ???
