So, who wants to test the brand new Precision Pro Titan Elite laser rangefinder?

Titan Elite
A couple of weeks ago, we published our review of the Precision Pro Titan Elite and if you missed that, you can find it here. The Titan Elite is a unique device because it is feature rich, including a mobile app that really focuses on giving you some great information. We want you to put it to the test and tell us what you think.

We will select a group of 5 THPers that will be chosen for this testing. If selected you will get a rundown prior to ordering of the posting and review expectations. If you have questions beforehand, do not hesitate to ask below.
You must be able to check in on the forum thread daily (or close to it) to discuss and answer questions.

We will announce the testers on Friday, April 4th, on the THP Forum.
I’ve got the old Bushnell V3 with no slope.
I’m interested in the unique distances that it gives you based on your ball flight. Very intriguing & wonder exactly how it works. If it’s accurate, it really could be a game changer for the industry.
Another fantastic testing opportunity here. Very cool.
1. I have an old Callaway Diablo rangefinder and I use a Shotscope V3 for GPS.
2. There are a couple, the waterproofness of it with our weather here, but the locking with vibration on the pin intrigues me. I’ve never had that and I think that would be hugely helpful for me. The GPS distances giving Front/Center/Back is another I am interested in.
1. I have an old shot scope (v3 I think)
2. The combo of rangefinder and GPS is very intriguing. Why sacrifice one when you can have both!

I’m currently using a NX10
I’m most looking forward to the app integration and GPS features. In addition to all the improvements from the nx10 mentioned in the article.
Currently have no rangefinder, using Garmin Watch.
Love the idea of being able to “FIND” the unit.
This looks like a quality rangefinder with GPS integrated. My question would be do you have to have your phone with you to get the GPS feature to work ? And by that I mean does it read where the phone is or where the rangefinder is for GPS yardages ?
1. Bushell TourV3 – probably 10-12 years old so time for an upgrade!!
2. GPS – I think it would be awesome to have both laser and GPS in one device
Step 1 – What laser or distance measuring device are you currently using?
Precision Pro NX7 w/Slope
Step 2 – What feature of the Titan Elite are you interested in finding out about?
Mainly the Bluetooth integration with the phone app. I love technology and am interested in seeing this in action. Secondarily is how quickly the rangefinder locks onto the target. Honestly, my NX7 is a little slow in this regard so I would be looking for improvement here.
Step1- currently using a shotscope V5 for distances
Step 2- I think the phone app integration is the most interesting. It’s one of the features I like about the Bushnell X3+ and it’s a hard ponder as I look to add a range finder this year. I’m also a sucker for new technology.
I currently use my phone for GPS distances. Would love to use the slope feature to get a more accurate number. The feature that shows gps and rangefinder data sounds like it could be very useful.
I currently use a BUSHNEL 400 lazer range finder. It’s an oldy moldy that still gets the job done.
As for Pro Titan Elite features, my first interest is in the ‘Lock/Slope features. Out here in the wind, the “Lock” would come in handy.
I am also intrigued about the Precision Pro App. I’d like to see how that would be of use.
I practice and/or play just about every day. I would use, and report on the Pro Titan Elite, and all its features on a daily bases in both practice, and play.
Thanks for the opportunity to advance my golf game.
Awesome opportunity!
Step 1 – Some bootleg amazon version from china
Step 2 – The app connected features looks awesome. I am looking to ditch my watch for distances and hoping this might be it

I’m using a Precision Pro NX9 Slope that’s been an absolute trooper. I’ve had it for years and it’s not flashy, but it’s seen countless rounds, been run over, left in the dew at Dormie, and borrowed by countless people far more careless than I. Somehow it has survived.
I’m definitely interested in the GPS. I use GPS and a Rangefinder when I play and the idea of not having to fumble with both while planning a shot sounds pretty great to me.
Step 1 – What laser or distance measuring device are you currently using? Bushnell Tour V4 (non-slope)
Step 2 – What feature of the Titan Elite are you interested in finding out about? The addition of connecting to phone and getting front, middle & back distances. I find front & back distances are underrated and underused by a lot of golfers and if paid more attention they would score better.
1. Callaway 300 Pro
2. The integrated GPS FMB yardage functionality. Having the laser and FMB in a single device is intriguing as I use both methods for distance measurement / shot selection throughout the round.
1. A cheap brand from Amazon that has been surprisingly accurate.
2. As someone who normally only shoots the flag and hits my shot based on that, I am interested in seeing how having F/M/B yardages helps my game and decision making.
1. I’m down to using my Apple Watch and iPhone for my DMD.
2. Find my Precision Pro feature. Apparently it’s a feature I need because I keep leaving my laser in the cart.
Need to look up, but I recall the find my rangefinder function only being iOS.
Best of luck to all! This should be a great test and on a really solid product from what I’ve seen
That is correct. Find My is an Apple feature not available on Android.
Seems like a really tech packed rangefinder, good luck all!

That is correct. Find My is an Apple feature not available on Android.

I do have a backup iphone for stack and a few other iOS specific things, but as I don’t see anything having the ability to dethrone my Anarch I think it will be just as much fun to sit back and read everyone else’s experience with these!
Currently use a Blue Tees 3 series Max+. Though I’ve never done it, I love that your phone alerts you if you leave it behind. Also love that it’s totally waterproof.
Step 1 – What laser or distance measuring device are you currently using? Shotscope Pro L2
Step 2 – What feature of the Titan Elite are you interested in finding out about? Integrating GPS to the rangefinder is an incredible feature. Having the ability to get distances to the front and back of the green is one place is a huge benefit. Also, as someone who has left two rangefinders on the course, which were never returned, the find my rangefinder feature is something I need.
1 – I don’t currently have a range finder because I leave them in the cart and they disappear.
2 – The “Find My Precision Pro” feature because I leave them in the cart and they disappear.
Bushnell / the ease of use
1. I currently do not have a range finder in the bag. I lost it on the course last season during my final round
2. The notifications of “hey you’re going to lose me!” Haha and I’m very serious. It’s going to be incredible useful when your trying to rush at the end of a round and maybe missed it in the cart

Bushnell / the ease of use
which part is ease of use?
What laser or distance measuring device are you currently using?
- Mileseey PF3S
What feature of the Titan Elite are you interested in finding out about?
- It would have to be the integration with the app.
Although speed of locking on is a major improvement I’d be looking at for any replacement for my current rangefinder and would be a point of comparison in the review.
Step 1 – What laser or distance measuring device are you currently using? Voice Caddie CL2, Garmin golf app with my Epix 2 watch for GPS, and Shot Pattern app to get aerial layouts plus distances to carry hazards.
Step 2 – What feature of the Titan Elite are you interested in finding out about? Combining all the apps and gadgets I use into one ecosystem plus the tracking for when I inevitably leave my rangefinder on a hole.
Good luck to all those signing up!
Step 1 – I currently use my trusted Golf Buddy World. Have been for so many years I can’t count.
Step 2 – The BlueTooth connection sounds intriguing.
Thanks THP!

Step 1 – Blue Tees Max 3
Step 2 – Very curious about testing the myslope feature. Sounds intriguing. And the app features sound nice. I feel like it will be more accurate than my current one.
Step 1 – What laser or distance measuring device are you currently using? Shot Scop Pro LX+
Step 2 – What feature of the Titan Elite are you interested in finding out about? The GPS app integration is probably the most intriguing part to me. Though, I am curious about how MySlope works as well.
Step 1 – Precision Pro NX10 Slope
Step 2 – The connection to the Precision Pro app for GPS distances. It be nice the app at the same time for the rangefinder and the DUO speaker.
It’s down to the wire on this incredible testing opportunity you’ve got to get your signup in by tomorrow. But if you aren’t lucky enough to get selected, you can always head over to Precision Pro’s eBay page, and they will offer you one heck of a deal. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Step 1 – I’m currently using the Precision Pro NX9 and love that Precision Pro replaces batteries while offering exceptional products at a great price. My NX9 has been rock solid, and I’ve never had any issues with it!
Step 2 – I’m most interested in testing the Titan Elite’s enhanced optics and slope functionality. The front, center, and back display is a great addition. I currently use a Garmin Approach S70 for front, middle, and back yardages and my NX9 for pin distances—having a rangefinder that provides all that information would be a game-changer.
Big thanks to THP and Precision Pro for this fantastic testing opportunity!
Last day to sign up!
I am currently using the Blue Tees Max 3. I am really intrigued by the “My Slope” feature of the Titan Elite.
Currently using a Bushnell Pro XE
Love the bluetooth features of the Titan, and that it will send a message to your phone if you leave it behind so you don’t lose it.
Also how it gives you the 3 distances without having to measure 3 times.
Looks like a great unit.
Here’s my gamer!
Last day
On a side note my favorite part about the ghost gt14 cart bag is the range finder pocket that is magnetic!
Step 1 – What laser or distance measuring device are you currently using? I am in between rangefinders, just lost mine, left it on a golf cart.
Was using the Nikon Coolshot 50i Rangefinder until 2 weeks ago, and didnt love it.
Step 2 – What feature of the Titan Elite are you interested in finding out about? The GPS is interesting, but the Find My Rangefinder is amazing tech that I would love to try.
1. I’m currently using the Grint GPS for distances… lost my bushnell end of last season ??
2. Interested in the GPS/App integration as I enjoy using the Grint app when my phone is strapped to my push cart, though it’s a bit of a battery killer. I’m also itching to see how heavy of a lift entering trackman data would be and it’s effect on the MySlope feature on the app.
Another great testing opportunity. Good luck everyone!
This one is all locked up
