At THP, we believe that testing should be done not only by us, but also by the golfers just like you. One of the cool features about being an active member of the THP Forum is that we look to you guys/gals, the consumers, to give feedback on equipment to golfers all around the world. Each month we send out iron sets, drivers, hybrids, putters, trainings aids and golf balls to our active members to be a part of the THP Forum Member testing. Who wants to test the brand new Rapsodo MLM2PRO Personal Launch Monitor?

Rapsodo MLM2PRO
Earlier this year, Rapsodo released the MLM2PRO personal launch monitor and if you missed our preview breaking it all down, that can be found here. There is also a forum thread with tons of thoughts from golfers and this will be where your reviews go if selected to be one of our testers. You can find that here.
Criteria
We will select a group of Five THPers to test the Rapsodo MLM2PRO Personal Launch Monitor.
You must be able to check in on the forum thread daily (or close to it) to discuss and answer questions.
You will need to have space in your home/garage for this to function for the purpose of these reviews. You will be reviewing the Rapsodo MLM2PRO for 90 days and then it is yours to keep.

Just a great opportunity but unfortunately for me, no home setup .Best of luck everyone.
Good luck for those that enter. I don’t have a home set up, but if you do this is a great opportunity.
Good luck to everyone entering.
What a cool opportunity. Good luck everyone!!!
Such a great resting opportunity! Good luck to the entrants!
1. Do you currently own a launch montior?
No have been looking to add 1 to my practice setup in the garage
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)?
Garage
3. What features from the article linked above stand out?
The 2 cameras on top of radar, it can pick up spin with the Callaway balls, and it can be used with android as well since the original unit only worked with apple
Good luck to everyone who signs up!
Man I sure wish I had room for this. Mrs. Nut won’t let me put an addition on the house just for this :ROFLMAO: Great opportunity for some!
I should really buy a new place where I can hit golf balls inside
Really cool opportunity for someone just wish I had the space to make it work! Looking forward to more feedback!
If you have the space, it’s a no brainer.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior?
Use. I have a SkyTrak in my house
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)?
upstairs in my sim room (and on the range)!
3. What features from the article linked above stand out?
I really like that you can pair this with an extra device to get both a down the line and behind swing video. It’s really tough when diagnosing a bad swing with only one camera view. Having both makes it a lot easier to understand feel vs reality!
No space for it. Best of luck everyone!
Amazing! I’d love to try this unit and compare it to the Skytrak.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior? Yes (OG Skytrak)
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)? Garage
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? Love the built in camera. Taking video of my swing has been a staple this year, and I’ve lost count of how many times I felt like I put a great move on the ball only to find out I forgot to press record ?
.
Is it possible to sign up if it will be used at the driving range only?
I tend to go to the around 4 days a week sometimes more, but I don’t have anywhere in my home for the setup.

For this one specifically, we are going to look for people that can test the simulation side as well as the range side, so space will be necessary. It could however be as simple as a net and a mat using the app and the Callaway golf balls.
Whoa, this is a huge opportunity! I’m pumped for this one.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior? Yes, I’ve owned the original MLM Rapsodo for close to 4 years.
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)? Garage. I have a Spornia SPG-7 practice net setup with a 5×3 hitting surface with a little divot action insert. I also move the setup to outside sometimes on nice days.
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? Dual camera which offers impact vision, spin rate and best of all the fact I can actually use it as a golf course simulator.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior?
No have been looking to add one to my setup.
2. Where will this go in your home?
Garage
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? Fact I can use my android with this.
Good Luck all that enter.
I don’t have a home setup (or room for one), but what a great opportunity for those who do. Good luck to all the entrants!

Thank you! Ok, will sign up and invest accordingly! Seems like it would be a good kick in the pants to set something up.
Nice testing opportunity good luck everyone!
Would love to test this. Sadly I don’t have space for this anywhere other than the conference room at work. I definitely take plenty of swings in there and have worked on my game a ton that way. :ROFLMAO:
1. Do you currently own a launch montior? No.
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)? If chosen, I intend to buy a mat and net for the backyard.
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? The swing/ball metrics is great, but also like the dual camera option for monitoring progress and when working on changes etc..
1. Do you currently own a launch montior?
- Yes, I have the SkyTrak (original? Not the SkyTrak+) but I am gifting it to my father in law for his new house – he can’t get out on the course as much as me
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)?
- I have an at-home setup in a shed in my back yard (photo provided)
3. What features from the article linked above stand out?
- Definitely the face-on and down-the-line camera views! And just the general portability of the device for the range.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior? Yes, I had the old Rapsodo so some familiarity, but now I have the Swing Caddie SC4.
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)? Mine will go in the garage. I have a net, and a high grade (can hold a tee) mat, I have some space and in fact today specifically, my contractor is installing one my extra TVs in the space. The garage was closed in and I have a vent/fan installed to reduce some heat/humidity as well. My hope was to use the space (and I have) to improve my game and learn from the data.
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? I like the spin capabilities (with use of the special Callaway ball), but I think the built in camera is a big help.
I would really like to be considered, given the abilit to compare data amongst devices, and given that many of the bugs (?) have been fixed.
I do not currently own a launch monitor.
I would set this up in my garage.
I’ve been waiting a long time to see a monitor actually measure spin and come in under $1k, and the accuracy so far is incredible when compared to high dollar units.
What a great opportunity. You think I can convince my wife to move to get a garage that would work.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior? Yes, Currently have an Swing Caddy S200
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)? Spare room in the office where I have a net set up and the boss and I hit golf balls.
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? Spin rate and axis would be my favorite as I currently don’t have those metrics. Being able to see your swing in the Impact Vision would be pretty awesome also!
Would love to do this but home is functionally and spatially challenged. Look forward to reading the reviews though.
So crazy and awesome 5 people are going to get one of these.
I already have one, so good luck to everyone who enters!

It’s addicting

1. Do you currently own a launch montior?
No
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)?
Garage
3. What features from the article linked above stand out?
Seeing the spin rate would be huge to give me
More feedback there.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior? No but I’ve used several of the personal launch monitors previously.
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)? Primarily Garage
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? The first feature is the Android integration. I’ve been watching for Rapsodo LM to add support for us misfits. 😀 Secondly, I love the support/ teaming with Callaway.
1. Yes, I have skytrack. MY husband I use it outside with my laptop. My husband made a hitting bay with pro golfmat. Would love to compare it to my skytrack.
2. I will use it outside.
3. I love the radar and being Being able to see your swing.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior?
No
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)?
Garage
3. What features from the article linked above stand out?
Measures Carry/launch direction/shot type
1. I currently do not own a launch monitor but have used my friends gcquad loads of times.
2. I have a large carport outside with a net and hitting mat already. It will go there and also it will
Be used at the range.
3. Having the immediate video feedback on ball contact to match the path and spin numbers is huge. It can verify that what I’m doing thinking and feeling is all matching up.
1– Yes, I have the new SkyTrak+. I love it but the range data with practice balls is lacking. With both photometric and radar systems I can run them side-by-side.
2- I have a setup in my back patio (enclosed indoor) for short game practice and use my ST+ in the back yard with a hitting mat and net for full swings and simulation. I also use my ST+ at my local ranges once a week (both grass and turf). I had the MLM original and had a lot of issues with interference from the hitting bays. I would love to test the new one to see if they have improved and are a viable candidate for range warriors like myself.
3- The shot-vision will be a huge feature for me as I recently made a swing change. The ability to superimpose data and a picture will quantify the changes I’ve made.
1) No, I’ve been close to pulling the trigger on skytrack but the cost was always a little steep. The MLM meets that criteria, but have been waiting on more feedback/reviews.
2) Have a net and mat setup in garage. Also interested in seeing how it handles the range.
3) Very intrigued by the radar technology as opposed to camera that skytrack uses. Also, the impact camera could be great to isolate what’s happening at impact rather than looking at all the positions in my swing.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior?
I have the optishot Golf simulator set up as well as the swing caddy
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)?
This would go in the garage bar with my simulator set up
3. What features from the article linked above stand out?
Being able to test the products
Would love the opportunity to see how much extra repetitions would help lower my scores. Would set this up in the garage. Definitely interested in being able to get accurate spin data from a launch monitor in this price range. Don’t currently have a monitor but have used a foresight pro regularly.
1. I own the original Rapsodo MLM and interested in the updates and new metrics of the MLM2PRO especially for indoor use.
2. I have a net and mat setup in my garage. Have been pleased how the MLM works on the range but underwhelmed by the indoor net features.
3. Intrigued by the impact camera and new and improved shot metrics in the range settings for indoor net use.
1. Do you currently own a launch montior? Nope
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)? Garage @ the house.
3. What features from the article linked above stand out? The dual camera option intrigues me, as this could really allow me to dig into some online lessons and share some helfpul information with the instructor.
This is a fantastic opportunity. I wish I had space and I have tried to find somewhere to put it in the house since the podcast but can’t currently house it. Good luck to all.
1. Do you currently own a launch
-Yes I just sold my Mevo+ and have a Skytrak ST+
2. Where will this go in your home (garage, spare room, etc)?
– I hit on my driveway with a pop out sporina net
3. What features from the article linked above stand out?
– the impact camera is interesting. I can’t tell if it would actually be useful or a nice to have.
I do not currently have a launch monitor but would love to test one. I can imagine how this tool would improve my game! It would be used in my garage and the dual camera and fact that I can use it as a simulator is fantastic!
Wish I had a place set up. Good luck all
1. I do not currently own a launch monitor but have been actively searching models in this price range to help improve my knowledge about my own game.
2. This will be used in my basement garage and on the range. I’m very interested in the ease of setup of this launch monitor.
3. I’m very interested in all the data (launch angle/spin rate/carry distance/etc) this monitor can provide. I’m currently a 9.3 handicap and working to get around 5 or less. I really want to see if learning more about this data can help my game improve.
Thanks for considering!
Very cool opportunity here.
No launch monitor currently.
Would put in garage.
Have been in market to buy a launch monitor and have debating between a cheaper option like MLM2 or something a little more expensive like SkyTrak Plus.
