At THP, we believe that testing should be done not only by us, but also by the golfers just like you. One of the cool features about being an active member of the THP Forum is that we look to you guys/gals, the consumers, to give feedback on equipment to share with golfers all around the world. Each month we send out iron sets, drivers, hybrids, putters, trainings aids and golf balls to our active members to be a part of the THP Forum Member testing. Who is ready to take on the Axius Core Challenge?
Axius Core: Unlock Your Core
We have been talking to the people at this company for a bit and love what they stand for. Currently, in our THP Forum there are people going through both weight loss journeys and strength and conditioning and we believe that this is something that could be a lot of fun to follow.
We are looking for FIVE THPers that want to take the six week Axius Core challenge and report their feedback on our forum. This will take about an hour a week, give or take. The company promises results, and we want to know how it works for golfers. This is not just exercises, but working with a coach virtually to help you with golf, recovery and overall performance.
For each of those that complete the task as well as updating the review thread in the THP Forum successfully, you will not only get to keep the Axius Core, but we will be sending you an amazing THP Prize Pack that will be either equipment or technology based (think golf club or rangefinder).
Criteria
We will select a group of THPers to take the challenge.
You must be able to check in on the forum thread daily (or close to it) to discuss and answer questions.
You will be reviewing the Axius Core for 6 weeks and discussing improvement.
How to Signup
Tell us what you are most looking forward to accomplishing? Better Golf? Less Pain? More Distance? You tell us.
Are you able to review and answer questions daily or close to that on THP?
We will announce the testers later this week. If you are not selected and want to learn more, check out their website at www.axiuscore.com.
Are you able to review and answer questions daily or close to that on THP? Yes!
I am willing and able to document my journey daily and for the full duration of 6 weeks. The 6 weeks will fall right around the time I have to go get measured for the custom suit my son wants us to all wear for his wedding.
Recovery is so key when you roll into your 30s and as I approach 40, recovery can make or break you.
As a golfer, surfer and mountain biker I’m really interested in improving core strength. That would probably help my distance and consistency, leading to better golf overall.
Yes, i would be able to review and answer questions daily and in Spanish if needed (my mother tongue).

Whoever gets selected for this is in for a real treat. It’s pretty incredible.
Im on a mission to get back into shape before I hit 40 the next two years and a massive part of that plan is flexibility and core strength for what is my softest section. Knowing these would also benefit golf along with my well being and that I’d be committed to an extended period? Man that would be AWESOME!
This is a really good plan. It’s like the minute I hit 40 my body just said ‘Nope we’re done. Time to be soft and squishy.’? It’s been A LOT of work to get back to a serviceable fitness level post 40.
Based on the videos I’ve watched and stuff I’ve read Axius core would be a huge help. Core strength tends to power everything else.
Same here quite interesting product I didn’t have a clue about till yesterday. Seems to have many benefits and being able to help with recovery seems like another one of them. Curious if this will help those who get to test stay out of the chiropractor for lower back issues, lesson the times needed.
I’m often off balance when I finish my swing. I wasn’t sure why but it makes sense that it’s due to a lack of glute and core strength. I have a sit down desk job and I don’t do a lot of ‘leg day’ or core workouts in my fitness routine.
Less pain and better fitness would be at the top of this list. I sit in front of a computer all day, I think has lead to some issues with losing flexibility and pain/soreness in my back and knees. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen a chiropractor. I’ve managed the pain with stretching and a Theragun but have not been working out and building strength like I want. A program like this would be motivation and accountability that I need.
Are you able to review and answer questions daily or close to that on THP?
Absolutely
Lots of great candidates.
I would be most interested in seeing how it could help me with recover, soreness, and strength throughout my back. On top of helping with my personal fitness goals, I feel it would be a huge asset in my golf game as well.
Yes of course I will be able to review here on THP.
Quicker recovery and less end of the round fatigue would be what I’d look for the most. I wouldn’t say no to more distance, too
Post to THP daily? Do people not do that?
Another eye opener for sure within the posture alone.
Yes, very eye-opening. I have a little bit of a "C-Posture" and they are spot on the c posture is because I have tight shoulders. Very interesting that there are exercises that specifically address this.
A lot more in the swing is core related than I’d of thought pretty cool in a way. This hits way to close to home as well because what I think is straight is actually bowed.
It’s under the Join Now button believe it was 750$
In the videos of myself I’m looking at with driver I actually appear pretty straight in what they would call a neutral spine maybe ever so slightly bowed. But with irons, I’m entirely bowed. I wonder if this posture contributes to me being all ‘bunched up’ in my shoulders and my lead arm pinned to my side in my follow-through with irons. I bet it does. It looks terrible on video and feels even worse. I know I’m not rotating through properly but I never thought about posture being a part of that.
Same boat here this is like a loose thread I pulled and I’m now becoming horrified of my swing more than before ?
Really excited to start working with this.
There are some speed training programs out there (super speed/the stack system/etc), did they say to not to combo those with this training program?
I think it will depend on the person and their motivation for doing the program. But coach Jackie will definitely help guide each person individually along their journey.
This is really awesome to hear. It definitely looks like a unique and customizable program and I’m pumped to try it.
Welcome to THP by the way!
Thanks man! Can’t wait to hear how you and others get on with it!
Glute exercises in progress.
It looks pretty awesome!
Welcome to THP! Has it helped your back?
Did you get one that I missed?
Last post of the second page.
So – here I am back.
It would be used for more distance and a stronger core. Part of my PT was focusing on core strength due to back issues and recovery over the past 10-12 years. This can help give me different opportunities for a work out. I didn’t do any part of PT to assist with golf, more day to day living and I think this will continue to improve upon that along with my weight loss of 20 pounds and more healthy eating.
That’s awesome – missed it in session yesterday!
I’m so happy for you.
You know it!

I keep my 6-pack well protected with padding. It’s important to bubble wrap things you don’t want ruined.
I’ve never known a six pack. I’m more familiar with snack packs ?
Oil and all. The six pack challenge.
