THP recently visited a golf resort in central Florida that has one of the top 10 golf courses in all of the state, Mission Inn Golf Resort. This is not just a golf course but a full service resort with multiple restaurants, a spa and lodging. They have two golf courses but the one they are most famous for is El Campeon. If you have ever played golf in Florida than you know there is little to no elevation changes, but that is not the case with El Campeon which is what makes is so special. For pictures on this unique Florida gem please visit the THP forum here.
Nice review of a gorgeous course! Would thoroughly enjoy kicking back sipping on a drink and watching the carnage ensue on the 17th. 😀
Beautiful hole here. El Campeon looks to be a must play if you are in the area. Thanks for the write up.
I am always interested in hearing about Florida courses that have some elevation changes to them. Thanks for the review. Probably going to have to put this one on the list to play!
