New Titleist GT Drivers Hit Tour

It is that time of year. New products begin to be tested on the PGA Tour and if you have followed along with timelines over the last several years, you would know that the latest from Titleist is almost here. Here is the first look at the Titleist GT2 and GT3 drivers.

Titleist GT3 drivers

Over the next three days, Tour Reps will be working with players in the field fitting them into the new Titleist GT lineup of metal woods. All leading to Thursday’s Opening round where we are sure to see a few in bags immediately.

This photo only shows the sole of the three models, but you can see some of what is happening here. The GT3 offers what appears to be some movable weight like we have seen previously in the TSR lineup although moved a bit forward and the GT4 continues to shift weight low and forward to reduce spin and launch.

While our typical deep dive into the tech will have to wait until the official launch, it will be a safe bet that the early buzz coming from tour adoption will be rather high. As the Titleist GT drivers go in play this week, you can expect more to come out.

Which model do you think would fit your game best? GT2, GT3 or GT4. Drop us a comment below and start speculating on what you expect to see out of the new Titleist GT drivers when they get released.
