Nippon has a wide range of shafts for golfers and a growing amount of players using it on tour at the highest level. We wanted to find out what shafts the pros were using and how they differed from the ones you will find when getting fit or at the local golf store.
The age old question of tour issue vs standard and what Nippon does differently when it comes to sorting products.
Is tour issue vs off the rack something you think about?
I’ve always heard that Nippon has crazy tight tolerances, so that doesn’t surprise me. Pretty cool. They have a great line.
Really nice to know that the same quality standards apply for all shafts coming off their production lines.
The more I learn about and hit there line of shafts the more I like them
I think that’s the way it should be. No confusion or doubts about the “quality” of what you buy compared to the Pros!!
I like that they only offer one shaft and the don’t do the extra TI or anything like that.
Cool that we play what the Pros play and vice versa, says good stuff about their lines.
Good stuff here, love learning more about Nippon.
I wonder if they could maintain their quality control levels if all major OEM’s put their shafts in their irons and wedges like TT and PX are.
