When Odyssey introduced the Damascus Milled Seven putters in late April 2026, the release felt almost like a throwback launch for the company. The focus wasn’t on Odyssey staples like synthetic insert technology and multi-material, high MOI design. Instead, they used the line to showcase a more refined side of the brand, pairing premium materials, fully milled construction and firmer, tour-inspired feel into a limited release. Today, the Damascus Milled lineup is expanding.
The second release introduces three additional head shapes:
- One Wide SB
- Two CH
- Rossie S
While the original launch centered around the iconic No. 7 fang shape, this newest drop broadens the lineup, with a traditional blade and two compact mallets.
The Damascus Story Continues
The core design philosophy of the lineup remains unchanged. Each putter uses Odyssey’s Damascus Steel insert, created through a layered construction process that combines multiple steel alloys before being forged, folded, pressed and heat treated into the final material.
That process creates the distinctive flowing pattern across the insert, with every piece ending up visually unique.
Compared to many of Odyssey’s softer insert designs, they note that the Damascus material is firmer and provides a more responsive sensation at impact with sharper audible feedback. Odyssey also continues incorporating machine-learned shaping on the back side of the insert to help maintain more consistent ball speeds across the face.
The combination gives the line a very different personality than Odyssey’s mainstream offerings while still retaining some of the consistency benefits the company has focused on in recent years.
The Blade is Back – Damascus Milled Two CH
Among the new additions, the Two CH may be the most curious. Odyssey has spent the last several years heavily emphasizing higher-MOI mallets, Jailbird variations, #7 models, and wider-bodied designs throughout much of the lineup. Traditional blades have become less visible in the company’s core lineups in recent times. The Damascus Milled Two CH changes that, and we expect it to be embraced by many.
This is a classic blade shape with a crank hosel, full shaft offset, and moderate toe hang designed for players with more arc in their putting stroke. Clean lines, traditional proportions and fully milled construction give it a boutique appearance that also benefits from Odyssey’s massive investment in R&D.
One Wide Continues the Wide Blade Trend
If the Two CH represents traditionalism, the One Wide SB reflects what much of the premium putter market has evolved into.
Wide blades continue to be increasingly popular, balancing blade aesthetics with added stability and forgiveness. Odyssey specifically describes the One Wide as “very much on trend.”
The shape itself blends compact visual proportions with a slightly broader footprint, while the single bend setup creates minimal toe hang and a cleaner look at address for players with less arc in the stroke.
Combined with the Damascus insert and fully milled body, the One Wide may end up being a runaway favorite of the full Damascus Milled line.
Rossie S Adds a Different Personality
Rossie has long been one of Odyssey’s classic shapes, but this particular configuration stands apart from many recent retail releases from the company. The slant neck, sight dot alignment, and flowing fully milled flange give it an appearance that feels custom shop inspired.
Compared to the Two CH, the Rossie S offers slightly more forgiveness and visual confidence. Compared to the One Wide, it maintains a softer and more rounded profile that many golfers still prefer behind the ball.
The moderate toe hang and half-shaft offset keep it versatile for a wide range of stroke types as well. We have no problem saying this is the model we’d be most attracted to. It’s a stunning play on one of Odyssey’s classic shapes.
Odyssey Damascus Milled Putters Offer Premium Details Throughout
Beyond the inserts themselves, Odyssey delivers premium detail throughout the lineup. Each head is fully milled from stainless steel with a blasted silver finish that keeps the overall appearance clean and allows the Damascus insert to remain the focal point.
The new Tour Pistol grip, developed alongside Golf Pride through tour player feedback, uses more defined shaping and sharper edges for additional hand awareness during the stroke.
Odyssey also continues using the SL90 shaft with 20 grams of counterbalance weight in the butt section to help stabilize the overall feel of the putter.
Our Take on the Damascus Milled Expansion
The first Damascus Milled release introduced the concept through one of the company’s most recognizable modern mallets. This second drop expands the lineup into shapes that appeal more broadly to traditional milled putter players and enthusiasts who gravitate toward blades, compact mallets and more nuanced toe hang configurations.
That expansion changes the personality of the line considerably. The Damascus material and premium construction remain the centerpiece, but the addition of the Two CH, One Wide and Rossie S makes the lineup feel much more complete without being generic.
