Last week we debuted the new podcast Off Course and today we are back with Episode 2. Hosted by Dan Edwards and Rob Miller, each Friday the hosts give you a deep look into the world of golf and equipment in a way unlike any other podcast has done before.
Episode 2 is here and Dan and Rob discuss the following topics:
COVID Charity Phil/Brady v Tiger/Manning
Should they play without fans?
Tiger’s greatest Major
Bonus: COVID drink of choice
As with all podcasts on the THP Radio Network you can catch the episodes a number of ways. Right here on the website, on our Soundcloud channel, and of course our THP Golf Mobile App. You can also subscribe at iTunes and Google Play so you never miss an episode.

I thought the guys did a great job with this one. One of the more enjoyable golf conversations I have heard in a while. They actually stayed on course a bit too
I miss golf. But I could do without baseball and the remainders of the Hockey/Basketball seasons. maybe a hard reset is just what we need.
What? I’ve got the fever. I’m tired of binging shows… Too much effort to get thru them all. I’m stuck watching Wild Wild Country on Netflix and I just want to go to wikipedia and end it.
Only one way to find out.
Is it bad while watching that series I was like "Man.. these would be some killer views for a course"?
Lagavulin?
I think Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 is my fave.
Ohhhhh great call.
Not pandering, I’d watch almost anyone with a scratch or better HDCP play that course without fans.
Agree w/Dan that’s a good one. Also Turnberry. They have to go back sometime. I can’t find the proposed Premier Golf League schedule, but there were some not PGA Tour-rotation courses out there that were interesting. Pine Valley? SF Golf Club? National?

Honestly, that’s probably a smart move.
What about Mammoth Dunes? Imagine the social media content that would come out of those guys playing the Sandbox before hand.
This got me thinking. Imagine if the Premier Golf League got a few made for TV only events up and running during Tour downtime? That would be…interesting.
I’m looking at something like what the EuroTour does with their Youtube content (heads and tails above the PGATOUR) and just imagining a 14 club challenge on the sandbox.
But you’re right, that could have legs…team format?
High-impact ballet dancing.
It’s "sports entertainment", brother. No need to thank me!

Chemex. Nice! I love coffee. Thanks for the listen.
I’ll send you some sound bytes
On the plus side I didn’t realize how much less I grind my teeth now that I don’t hear someone yelling GET IN THE HOLE after tee shots on par 5’s every week!
haha sorry my good man, I’m trying not to rub it in.
Yes they definitely did mesh very well. they were very smooth together, like Crown and Diet Coke. I just wanted to add that it seemed to me as the listener that the two hosts were in the same studio together.
One thing we’re doing, which I think works very well… we are on video with each other while we record.
It definitely makes me feel more of that ‘same room’ vibe vs talking to a wall with a voice on the other side of it haha
house flipper?
this is quickly becoming one of my favorite podcasts. Such an organic and enjoyable conversation.
Fear the ROO!
Zip go the zippers! Z – I – P – S!!!
Awesome
Is it wrong that I feel they lost something when they closed the Rubber Bowl? Sure it was way too far from campus. Sure it was crappy in every since. But, It had Blimp parking!
New stadium is nice but the tailgating was amazing at the rubber bowl.
what a great sentiment, thanks so much!!
Glad it’s an easy and fun listen for you guys.
Balvenie makes a great scotch. I approve of this answer.
It’s not
New podcast hits the player on Monday.
