Episode 289 is here and Dan and Rod discuss the following topics and a whole lot more.
The RevCore Lux Hybrid Stand Bag
Breaking Down Features and Materials that Matter
Utilizing Community Feedback is a BIG Deal
Sales Numbers Don’t Lie on 14-Way Bags
CaddyDaddy Travel Covers and Customer Service Horror Stories
And so much more

Excited to give this a listen, I’ve followed CaddyDaddy for a while and really like their products
Getting ready to fire this up. Love CaddyDaddy products!
Looking forward to watching this once I get to my computer
Spooled up for an afternoon kid pick up. I’m in a bag dilemma so this will be a good one!
Really enjoyed the show.
Rod has energy, is fun and makes a crazy good product.
Even if he does have too many 14 way bags.
Like I said yesterday, people have bad taste. :ROFLMAO:
30 minutes in and loving it. Rod is the kind of guy I want to support. His engagement with THP shows genuine. As someone who’s looking for a long term bag, they will get my first look. Good stuff @Canadan
Very cool discussion. Love that CaddyDaddy is so active here and man they make some great products.
Also love the Shaft University segment. This lead me to search for more info on flags in golf shafts, which led to me finding a Lab Rats episode on THPGolf TV on youtube. super interesting.
Only about 20 minutes in and loving this show. I really like that Rod isn't one of those used car salesmen guys that's worried about marketing, margins, top dollar, and all that. He just wants to make great golf products at a great price. It's so refreshing.
Oh man. I know what I’m getting into this morning. @Rod Dunlap tell me all about that new hybrid bag!

I’m not mad at Rod, I’m mad at golfers lmao
I want to see this new blue.
My favorite company in golf.
Looking forward to tuning into this one after golf this morning, Rod is a great guy and Caddy Daddy absolutely kills it with their products and customer service.
Déjà vu!
I just sent Caddy Daddy an email on a couple of his products the other day. I let him know I was a THP member and that we do praise the Claw, travel bags and luggage on the forum.
Got a personal reply from Rod on each of my questions.
Just to add, they do market their own stiff arm product for your travel bag the North Pole.
That was a great show Dan and Rod, I’m definitely considering a RevCore bag now.
Cannot wait to jump into this one, big fan of what Rod is doing in terms of materials and designs lately

It’s worth allllll the hype
I was giving Rod a bunch of grief about blue but I’ll tell you what, that grey is pretty strong.
I understand why, but I’m a little disappointed they’re not going to go with brighter colors anytime soon.
Rod comparing their embroidery to the classic look of automobile embroidery on leather really got my attention. I’m one who has my name and Air Force logo embroidered on my bags and I would love to have the look he described.

Now you have me thinking…Grey with the Air Force logo and a pinup girl, throwback to a WWII P51 Mustang.
Great episode! I don’t see how they can do the warranty replacements like they do, but kudos!
CaddyDaddy is such a great company and @Rod Dunlap is amazing. This company’s customer service is absolutely top notch!
I love the travel covers – the First Class is absolutely my favorite. Great listen today!
Looking forward to listening to this one while I run errands today that require some long drives, especially the travel cover portion since I am in the market for one.
This was a great listen. Thank you @Canadan for hosting these podcasts and finding a way to get the guests to be completely authentic and provide us with great content.
I am waiting for the 6-way RevCore to come out so I can pick one up. @Rod Dunlap has a simple yet effective way to manage his company and it’s cool to see some of the thoughts behind his decisions.
Hearing about someone using sandpaper on material to test durability is a first for me. I like it! Quality and dedication
This was an awesome listen. Listening to @Rod Dunlap describe some of the thought processes in material selection and testing was very interesting.
Thanks @Canadan for the great work you put in making Off Course, it’s really good every episode!
Was so nice to finally meet Rod at the PGA Show. I enjoyed listening to this one. Find companies that care about you more than they do about pleasing shareholders and support them. It’s a rarity these days.
Great show. Love my Caddy Daddy First Class and the upcoming green RevCore is very tempting. 😍
Great episode @Canadan and @Rod Dunlap, just got through watching it. Loved the insight into the company and decision making processes on products.
Time code 43:01 – most common thing I’d say in a positive light is “quality”. Attention to detail, premium materials and hardware in all their product lines. Excellent customer service would be #1a.
Enjoyed it!
Are there going to be any customization options for the ball pocket with new bag material?
