Off Course is back this week with a fantastic show and this is episode 258. Hosted by Dan Edwards, each Friday he gives you a deep look into the world of golf and equipment in a way unlike any other podcast has done before. Today, THP Staff Writer Dean joins the show to discuss tantrums on tour and strange apparel rules.
It wouldn’t be Off Course without some tangents, but Dan and Dean dive into many topics including players losing their cool and the meltdown that was Fleetwood vs Bradley. This show has a lot going on and is one you will not want to miss as Dean goes Off Course.

Episode 258 is here and Dan and Dean discuss the following topics.
Wearing Shorts on Tour
Keegan vs Fleetwood
Tantrums on Tour
Connecting the Fan Directly to the Player
And so much more

I saw the brutal Fleetwood putt Tron turn.
Another angle, this is just as bad as Clark imo

let me get my head around this…………….excuse the pun 🙂
So if a golfer hits a ball in to crowd and injured them his insurance pays for that………..yes…….. but if a golfer hits a tee box marker or whatever into the crowd and injured them he pays ……………yes
but i have heard arguments and seem tantrums and clubs thrown at the pitch and putt
😮

Right. Steroids, fighting etc. but getting mad?

Isnt damaging lockers a crime? Vandalism? Its also different than slamming a club into the ground into the heat of battle. Its like the difference between hurting someone in the heat of battle in a bar fight vs returning an hour later after thinking about it and hurting someone

This is kinda my point. There is an expected level of professionalism in most sports. Especially baseball. So why not golf?
[/QUOTE]
Its not just professionalism. Throwing clubs and hitting tee markers could affect the fans safety. Damaging lockers is actually a crime. Its called vandalism

You think he sat around and thought about damaging the lockers before doing it? Huh?
Finishing this one up this morning with my morning coffee… I giggle every time I hear the term “man thigh”

Did you see where I said the damaging property should have some kind of penalty? I simply saying if it is a club toss or slam. No penalty.
Enjoyed this one gents well done.
Looking forward to listening to this one!!
