Off Course is back this week with a fantastic show and this is episode 251. Hosted by Dan Edwards, each Friday he gives you a deep look into the world of golf and equipment in a way unlike any other podcast has done before. Today, Preston Toulon joins the show to discuss growing up around the game and industry and the future of Toulon Golf.
It wouldn’t be Off Course without some tangents, but Dan and Preston dive into many topics including Toulon Golf being more than a putter company. This show has a lot going on and is one you will not want to miss as Preston Toulon goes Off Course.

Episode 251 is here and Dan and Preston discuss the following topics.
Growing Up Around the Golf Industry
Finding an Identity
Toulon Being More than a Putter Company
The Brand and the Ideas
And so much more

This was really good. The insight shared into growing up was great.
But the story of Shadow Ridge and needing a drink and then going too far was hysterical.
And Preston is the favorite son on THP.
Awesome! Gonna fire up the youtube right now

“I don’t really drink at all, expect competition golf”
lmao!! SO relatable.
Watching this now. Love to hear that he takes customer service so personally. You can tell how important it is for Toulon to deliver a perfect product.
If I could shoot an 83 hammered I would be over the moon lol great story

I just laughed out loud at shoulders immediately went down so next day I got trashed haha
I’ll be listening to this at the gym today. Looking forward to it.
The more I hear from the folks at Toulon the more interest I have in their brand and products. They are obviously putting out amazing stuff, but the family aspect really draws me in.
Beautiful story about his mom. Really is so amazing to have such a tight family that works together.

Kathy is a legend and one of the nicest people I have ever worked with.
Not bad from a guy who claims he’s not that interesting!
Things are going to get spicy when the DBacks play the Jays.
About 15 min in. Fun stuff. Thanksgiving has to be kinda wild at the Toulon house..
Every off course with Toulon makes me happier to play one.
Really interesting story. Crazy about the whole yips thing, that must have been frustrating as hell. I’m not a baseball fan but I’ll be honest I could have listened to you guys talk about baseball for an hour.
The bit about how his strengths differ from and compliments his dad’s was really cool. I love that it’s a family business thru and thru, and they just seem like a family full of cool, good people. Makes it easy to want to support their endeavors.
I also think I said this during the episode with Sean… I want that hoodie.
And Son No.3 has to easily be the THP Favorite son.
Great episode again @Canadan!
Another great listen. Caught it on my drive home
Preston is amazing. I loved getting to hear/see his personality shine in this one.
This was really well done @Canadan, the flow with you two was pretty special.
Finished this one at the gym… This episode felt more personal, great one.

It’s something I’ve been thinking a lot about since the last time I had Sean on the show, talking about it being a family business.
Seems to me that it would be incredibly easy to just let family ride the wave. instead, they get to bring their unique passions and strengths to the company to make it even better, and more meaningful.

Daulton Varsho has hit two home runs for the Jays since Preston and I recorded this show.
I think he too felt the good vibes after mentioning him.

Added to the queue and always excited to learn more about the Toulons!
I really appreciate Preston’s honest and unfiltered approach in something like this.
Preusing the Toulon swag and some of it is really sweet!
The fitting studio mentioned in San Diego, is that something that’s open to the public at this point?
