Setting up to the golf ball before putting is talked about frequently. Should you bend over? Should the ball be at your front foot, middle or somewhere else? What about alignment? Should you see the ball down the line by crouching lower?
Shot at the SeeMore Putter Studio in Nashville, TN, THP TV walks you through their philosophy for setup to begin making more putts.

As usual, solid info from Seemore.
The whole concept of SPi and eliminating variables is something that resonates with me. Because the putt is such a short stroke, it’s something that even us amateurs can aspire to be really consistent with, so why not start from the same place each time?
I’ve incorporated a lot of this from watching a lot of the SeeMore content here, but I need to find a SPi instructor at some point to get a set of eyes on my putting, especially setup.
Really good, and very simple and basic, information that Cody talks to that could benefit a lot of golfers. Eliminating variables was one of the biggest reasons why I went back to using a SeeMore.
I think I need to get set up with a SeeMore trainer next year. I struggle with the putter and it seems like a few hours with them would help.
Great segment and a solid review of fundamentals with set up. I am a huge fan of taking out some of the guess work and SeeMore makes it easy.
I think always have a putter you like irrationally. That way you will always step up to the ball feeling cool. Putting is confidence and whatever gives you more ‘swag’ will only help!
Putting has always been my biggest struggle in golf. This is a great example of how to set up and I can’t wait to use your tips. Thanks!!
