Ever wanted to be a club tester/reviewer? We are partnering up with Tour Edge Exotics again for a chance for THPers to do just that. We call the program TEEm Tour Edge and it is going to be an absolute blast.
What is It?
We will select 4 Albatross Club Members of different skill levels that will be part of the team. They will hear from communications, get equipment info and have gear sent directly to their house or work 3-4 times this year. Their job will be to test the equipment out, and review it on the THP Forum and social media in a weekly fashion. Like THP, Tour Edge is looking for honest feedback. The goal here is to help answer questions and share information on the products, so you must be willing to be active, answer questions about the equipment and review each piece for a period of time until the next one shows up.

If you are not a 2025 Albatross Club Member, never fear, the club is open to anybody and helps support an amazing charity in St. Jude. In the name of this community of golfers, we have been able to do things like this.
How Does It Work
Every few months a new piece of equipment will arrive along with some messaging about the technology and product as a whole. Your job will be to take some pictures, test it out and share all of that information on the THP Forum and social media. Each time a new piece of equipment comes, you repeat the tasks and have some fun with it. As part of TEEm Tour Edge, the products you review are yours to keep. The fun of it, is you won’t know what is coming until it shows up, but based on previous years, expect a ton of great stuff.

Multiple reasons that I won’t put in for this one – I’ll already have plenty of Cobra offerings to review, plus I’m a LEFTY.
Good luck everyone, looking forward to seeing your thoughts on the new TEE gear!

Good luck to all those that enter for 2025, this truly changed my golfing life in 2024, such an honor. Love seeing this continue!
I hope whoever gets into this does the equipment justice. Good luck!
Current Handicap: 13.3
RH: Yes
I plan to test each piece of gear received both at the practice range and on course both alone and alongside my current setup for comparison. On course, i will either play two balls if pace of play allows, or I will alternate holes/shots. After rounds and practice sessions I will post the gear’s success and my failure, as well as any relevant comparisons between my current gear. I’ll also subscribe to the equipment threads and answer any questions I can based on my experiences.
Also, I’ll keep my bag open for fellow THPers to try any gear they want and post their thoughts as well.
Such a great opportunity for any golfer. Good luck to everyone entering.

My plan of action includes every Friday i have a lesson with my coach on the range with Trackman available. I will be able to post the performance information of the clubs i am testing. I also play 1-2 times per week and can play year round. I am usually at the range 1-2 times per week and post what i am working on. I love trying new gear and finding things that work for my game.

Really happy to see sign ups for the 2025 TEEm Tour Edge, especially with the new twists added for this year. I am really tempted to sign up again, being on the 2023 TEEm was an incredible experience, and the equipment we tested was SO GOOD, but I think it’s probably best to sit back and see what four different THPers can bring to the 2025 TEEm. Good luck to all that enter, Tour Edge makes some of the best equipment on the market, and getting to test and review their latest gear is a blast! :drinks:

Give us 1-2 sentences on your plan of action for reviews – as with reviews I’ve done with THP in the past, I’ll describe the product in detail and offer my opinions re: aesthetics. I’ll then practice and play with the products, and report back to THP with my experiences.

I’m of the same feeling, so grateful to have the 2023 experience, the clubs are true sleepers and the value they bring for the performance cannot be ignored.
New fresh blood for 2025, bring it!
I’ve always found this one to be a hell of an opportunity for someone to try gear and review it here on the forum. Good luck to all who enter.
Love seeing this back again. They make some really good stuff. Look forward to seeing who is on the TEEm this year!

Well, I currently play with Tour Edge C524 Irons, C524 10.5 driver, C524 Hybrid 3, EXS 3 Wood and EXS Pro Driver. I am firmly familiar with a lot of their equipment and could offer some notes on course and range usability from a high handicap player. I have been a big fan of that they do for play improvement and for cost considerations.
Nice opportunity here for forum members to receive some great equipment and to provide reviews for the forum.
Very cool to see this returning with some fun changes. Tour Edge is brand that I’ve had a growing appreciation for over the years with how much tech is in their clubs at a really great price point. Good luck to everyone entering!
Love that this is coming back, and I’m excited for what it’s future holds.
Your Current Handicap: 12.1

I would have to give it 2 rounds plus a couple range sessions to give good honest feedback. This plan would give more excuses to golf more.
Good luck everyone.
Team Edge has some great equipment.
Excellent opportunity
Yes I am RH
Currently playing off a 13.8
Testing: I have a Rapsodo with historical data to compare to several different sets of clubs. My local driving range is fully equipped with TrackMan range from every bay. I joined a club about a year ago and can basically get out any time and can play multiple balls and shots if I want to compare or try different flights. I am not committed to any brand I just want to play what works best for me and have heard many positives about TourEdge.

For those that don’t skim (so very few), this year will have some changes.
Including getting a video call with the team from TE, equipment ordering asap and one of the lucky testers will win something on top of all of the new TE gear that is awesome.

I tinker. Constantly trying out/testing new clubs. Live in the Northeast and practice and play both outdoors and indoors using sims and monitors. Very familiar with the TE products with one or more club in my bag for the better part of a decade.
Love seeing this being a thing again this year and I can’t wait to see all the feedback from whomever gets chosen.

Things like this are why this lefty plays righty.
What a great opportunity for a club ho like myself.
Your Current Handicap 15 from regular tees, 12 from the senior tees.

I have a launch monitor available to me in the winter months. Also have a portable swing speed monitor. Using these tools I would report in writing and sometimes with pictures or videos on the products I get to try. In the summer I spend at least one day a week at the driving range/learning center and 2 days playing. I also play with some pretty average golfers, I’d share the clubs with them (except for the lefty).
Really like the look of the Wingman wedges (no tomato throwing please). Just not sure about the offset part of the equation. Anyone playing these ? Thoughts.
One of the first clubs I bought based off of THP reviews was a Tour Edge 16.5 3w. Still the only 3 wood I could consistently help.
Love watching people get into stuff like this. Good luck to the entrants.
Good luck everyone. TE makes some great equipment.

Sounds like fun, love my TE 721 hybrid, so easy to hit. Would be awesome to pick the brains of the team during the call.

Give us 1-2 sentences on your plan of action for reviews: Will compare these to my current clubs on the range and on course. If available, will also test out different settings (weights and/or adapters) to see how differently it plays.
I have never even hit a Tour Edge, and would love to try them out, but with a lot of stuff added over the winter, I will be concentrating on my bag.
Great opportunity for some lucky folks.

I will immediately take it to the range and test it there using my portable launch monitor and then will test it under numerous course conditions/situations to identify it’s strengths or opportunities compared to other equipment I have played and how it is intended/designed to perform. Very happy to answer questions from others on my experience.
Current Handicap: 6.9
Right-Handed: Yes
Why to pick me: I’m a club junkie who loves testing out all kinds of equipment.
Good opportunity. I’ve got my eye on a couple of other things so I won’t enter. Good luck everyone!
Handicap – 18.8

Plan of action is range time, back yard time, course time… just play. I compare Tour Edge equipment to current equipment and bring all my thought and feels back to the THP forum.
It would be very cool to be selected to be a tester and not having any firsthand exposure to Tour Edge it would be a new experience for me. Now that I am newly retired I have plans to actually “practise” which in this case would work well in terms of more extensive testing in addition to my 4X week playing. Both playing and practising will provide me with the data and results to provide a fair evaluation of each product in the lineup.

9.6 handicap, RH, Have had Tour Edge equipment in my bag quite often going all the way back to the 90’s when they exploded onto the scene via their 3w. I rocked their 3w’s thru several iterations and also gamed the driver for a couple. Sadly, currently there are no Tour Edge weapons in my bag. Would love to change that and would provide honest insightful feedback.
Back to the top so the Friday crew don’t overlook the chance to be part of the TEEm!
[QUOTE=”Just_Brad, post: 12903409, member: 9473″]
Love to see the TEEm coming back for another year!
Hopefully this year’s groups really dives into it, and keeps the conversation going.
So, lets give it a go:
Handicap: Currently 8.4 (but lower than it should be due to one low score and a small sample size)
Right Handed? Yes, Right Handed.
The action: Bring a continued level of participation, and hopefully present some thoughts, data, and on course info that viewers find useful/funny/relevent, and helps someone consider Tour Edge for their next club purchases.
