Stitch Golf is building off the success and feedback from their innovative MIY SL2 bag by offering a lightweight carry option that will offer both the function and style consumers have come to expect from the company. The SL2 Air Walker pares down some of the customization options seen with the MIY (Make it Yours) line yet boasts the same high-quality construction and storage capability in a package that weighs just a bit over four pounds.
“We’re thrilled to introduce the SL2 Air Walker Golf Bag, a testament to our commitment to innovation and quality in the world of golf gear,” said Brad King, CEO of Stitch Golf. “The enhanced features and meticulous design of this bag truly reflect our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of golfers, ensuring they have both style and functionality at their fingertips.”
The SL2 Air Walker will be available in three colors, each of which offers a smart, but subtle look: Midnight (navy), Morning Fog (gray), and Onyx (black). Unlike the MIY, which offers the ability to switch components like pockets and straps for unique and personalized color schemes, the Air Walker’s customization is centered around adding your initials to the bag. Again, this simple addition adds to the understated and classy look Stitch is known for.
The SL2 Air Walker Golf Bag comes packed with impressive features, echoing the pocket improvements seen in MIY SL2. Highlights include a magnetic ball pocket, durable YKK Tough Zippers, a double strap for ultimate carrying ease, and a remarkable 50% boost in storage capacity compared to the initial SL2 model. This upgrade ensures golfers have abundant space for all their gear, allowing them to carry more without sacrificing the bag’s stylish and featherlight design.
“The SL2 Air Walker Golf Bag is set to revolutionize the golf gear industry, offering a seamless blend of style, functionality, and personalized design for avid golfers,” added King. “At $298 the Air Walker is our cheapest full-sized golf bag yet still maintains the same Stitch standards and quality that golfers have relied on for years.”
Fashioned from high-performance nylon, the SL2 Air Walker is built for durability and water resistance, ensuring it can be played for seasons to come while providing protection for equipment in diverse weather. Though it weighs just over four pounds, the Air Walker will still easily accommodate a complete set of 14 clubs with its with four-way dividers.

Not quite as classy as SL2 but it is a great looking bag and enjoy the pocket in pocket design for vuables.
This is a nice looking bag. Sleek looking carry bag without logos all over it is a pig bonus. The durability is what I’m most curious about.
Nice looking bag, looks a little bottom heavy with no pockets that go up either side but still a nice looking bag.

Is a good point wonder when carrying it where does the pockets land on the back, and does it sit awkwardly to where you have 1/2 the bag that’s the heavier part not even touching your back.
This is a great looking bag. Looks a lot like an SL2 but lighter?

Yes a bit lighter than the original SL2 and the pockets are larger.
Hopefully we have more feedback for you all soon regarding carry comfort and durability. Should have one on the way at some point.

That should actually be a good thing, since so much weight is in the club heads.
Definitely stitch’s aesthetic, clean. Price is reasonable too.

Yep, bottom heavy is preferred because if the bottom is light the club side will be spilling your clubs out all day.

That makes perfect sense. I don’t think I would ever have considered the club weight on the head as a counter balance point.
Clean bag, and nice price point.
Oh. I like that grey.
Price coming in lower than expected. @Hawk do you have this bag in hand?
Thats a clean looking bag! Really like the zippered pocket wirhin the ball pouch.

Looks like the straps are different than the previous model and it will be interesting to compare the material of the bag itself.
Nice looking bag indeed. I will not upgrade from my SL2 until needed…but I will probably do it sooner than needed :ROFLMAO:
I would have liked it to be a bit lighter but under 4 pounds is pretty good. I am looking forward to seeing one. I will likely pick one up in the spring.
They had me at more storage
This is the bag I’ve been waiting for! I had a sl2 for a long time. This seems to cover everything I though the original was lacking..
How big is the water bottle pocket on these bags? I carry a larger size bottle in the summer months.

I have the Miy SL2 and I assume it is similar in its dimensions, it easily fits a 16 oz water bottle, it does fit my 32 oz metal Yeti, but it’s a tight squeeze.

Yeah, the 32 ounce Yeti is what I carry. That helps, thanks.
Really like my older SL2- the air walker would be a solid upgrade
Stitch bags are 40% off today for all bags and 50% off the SL2 Colorblock. If you are considering a bag this is a good opportunity.

That does seem like a great opportunity. I have gotten to where I would not purchase a bag that I can’t see in person before purchasing that type, but for those who don’t care about that or are familiar with Stitch, it should be pull the trigger time.
Good looking back. Really like was Stitch is doing with their entire lineup, including apparel. Their shirts are my favorite.
This arrived last week and I’ll be posting a review after I get some more time with it. Initial thoughts are that it’s very lightweight, yet sturdy. Materials seems to be top notch and and I’m pumped that the clubs I dropped into the four way divider were smooth and easy to load.
Not a ton of pocket space on this bag (doesn’t have the large top to bottom pockets for example), but I think that’s the point.
Writing up this review now that I’ve had a chance to walk and carry the Air Walker. If you carry, I think it’s a great option. Manages to feel super light on the back, but still gives you some of the comforts of a larger bag.
