April 13th – Arrival to Ballyhack
4pm Arrival, get a tour of the facility and then relax until a group dinner and SWAG party at 6:30pm in a private room. Post Dinner, grab your favorite beverage and then we are off to the lighted up 18th hole for putting after dark with your brand new Cleveland Putter. This is a fun and relaxed way to get some testing in with the people that create the product you are using.
April 14th – Golf, More Golf and AMA
Breakfast at the Ballyhack Club House, followed by 18 holes of golf at this amazing golf course. This is followed by lunch in the club house. A short few hour break before it is time to grab your brand new Cleveland CBZ wedges for the Goat Track at Ballyhack. This is the par 3 course there that is carved into the regular golf course with a separate tee box on each hole.
Following up the Goat Track fun, we have a group dinner in a private room at Ballyhack, where an AMA will take place on everything you want to know about the tech side of the ZXiR irons and CBZ wedges. You will be in the room with the experts and the conversation will go deep.
April 15th – Golf and Celebration
Breakfast at the Ballyhack Golf Club House, followed by 18 holes of golf. This is followed up with lunch in the dining room and we say our goodbyes.
This is a lot to take in with a very unique itinerary above. Multiple rounds of golf at Ballyhack, as well as an extra round on the Goat Track par 3 course, and doing so with the people behind the clubs you are being given, is going to be special.
For those that are unaware of the property, Ballyhack Golf Club is a private property located in Roanoke, VA that features full stay and play in wonderful cottages along the course. Once on property, you will not have to leave for anything.
The 2026 SRIXON Experience will feature two people from SRIXON along with myself and 5 THPers.
ALL SKILL LEVELS are welcome and we mean that with everything we stand for.

Qualifying
THP Events are held throughout the year and are incredibly unique ways to share a round or weekend with THPers and are filled with equipment, prizes and more. Your ticket to enter these events is the 2026 Albatross Club membership which goes to help a wonderful charity benefitting children. For more information on that or to sign up and help support this great cause, click here.
You must have the ability to review and discuss your new equipment on the THP Forum post event. Our goal is for full peer to peer sharing of information and thoughts on the new clubs that you are being given and the knowledge that will be learned. Of course, at the conclusion of this event, the entire bag and all 14 clubs are yours to keep.
How to Signup
Signup will be January 27th on the THP Forum
If you have questions prior to sign up, drop them below and we will answer everything. Excited about the trip? Looking forward to improvement?
Get ready for the 2026 SRIXON Experience!

The goat track is such a cool way to play some new Cleveland wedges. Definitely get some cool looks from it. We only played a couple holes of it but it was fun.
Wow what a package
This looks freaking amazing. Just wow.
This will be an excellent follow, so glad its back and hope all the participants love Ballyhack!
What a great opportunity this would be. Awesome course, great company as well.
As a guy with 11 (out of 13 toal) Srixon/Cleveland clubs in the bag, I’ll be following this one closely!!
Srixon + Ballyhack + THP= HOMERUN!!
Incredible!
This will be a lot of fun!
So hard not to pull the trigger on this one.
@JB will this experience include anything related to Srixon Golf balls or will the focus be on clubs?
Wow that’s alot of SWAG from Srixon! Definitely a must enter, Srixon makes some awesome gear!

Copy. Didn’t see balls specifically on the list of gear so wasn’t sure if just wanted to keep focus on clubs exclusively or all Srixon/Cleveland related products.
Thanks for clarification.

Thats an omission by me, but they will be there for sure.
I was able to take a look at the new ZXiR today in person at the course today and they look really, really good. The top line wasn’t super thick and the offset is similar to that of my i210 irons. I think these are worth a close look. I’m hoping to have a very close look if I’m chosen for the experience.
This is going to be an event to remember! Can’t wait to follow along and see how the new irons work out for the lucky handful.
Novice to this type of thing.
If you sign up for the Albatross club; do you have to get chosen for this or when you sign up you’re automatically selected to participate?
Love this!

When signups go live on the 27th you submit your entry and hope you are selected. The only way to get selected is by being an Albatross Club member, which supports a fantastic cause and is worth it in its own right. The selections are random and new members are selected all the time.
It’s awesome.
@JB will participants have time to hit the clubs or get fitted before orders are submitted? I would be very interested in the performance differences between the ZXiR and the ZXiR HL.

Not sure I understand, someone can do that right now.
Great event at a great location………love Ballyhack!!
@JB just want to clarify, and i am 100% cool giving it a go with the ZXir, but just want to confirm, the earlier models like ZXi7 are not eligible for this experience?
Again would still be super interested as i’ve played T150 and AI150, just asking as i saw the comment

I spent a few minutes building my Srixon/Cleveland golf bag today. Some forum members will be happy getting into this one.

This is something I’ve done off and on for about 2 years. 2 of the guys i play with regularly have full Srixon/Cleveland bags as they were purchased in the Pro shop. Suffice it to say, i have my eye on them.

Yes. They hit stores the first week in January. All info is in article above.
Cleveland puts out such incredible gear, that I feel like has kind of been overlooked for a while by the masses.
The wedges have always been great,
and while I don’t game them now, I loved my RTX 588 Rotex 2.0 and RTX 3 wedges. They got a lot of play, and were mainstays in my bag for a long time.
Cleveland putters? For a long time I don’t think there was a better cost/quality combo than the Cleveland Classics line, the HB Soft series, or the Frontlines. I have owned probably 5 or 6 Cleveland putters, and always thought they were great.
I don’t really have any experience with Srixon clubs but have no doubt the level of performance and quality is right up there.
What an incredible opportunity people are going to be walking into when they touch down in Roanoke and make their way to Ballyhack. Such a fun course, and an incredible facility.
Mark it on your calendars!!! A huge event on the docket so early in the season!
I am incredibly interested in this experience. I just watched 8 YouTube videos on the ZxiR and HL models.
my wife commented “Don’t get any ideas, too late for Christmas delivery”.
I take that not as a “No” overall.

Srixon irons are so good. And I’ve always played Cleveland wedges until now.
Let’s go!! 5 THPers are going to have fun testing their whole Srixon bags during this experience at an absolut
Look forward to seeing this event and participants. I went to a fitting a few years back and said that I didn’t care about the brand and was fit into Srixon. They make some fantastic equipment

I’m excited for the equipment that was announced for this one. Also excited to see more about how we are going to do this event justice. In just about every AMA thread this specific event is mentioned on how we as a community need to bounce back and crush this one

Personally, I have come to the realization that I don’t review equipment well. I try, but my reviews come down to “love it” or “hate it”!
I wish I knew more to explain why or whatnot, but I just don’t know.
It is why that I personally stopped signing up for equipment events. People better than me should get into the events to review and explain their opinions on equipment.
I could imagine getting into an event like this after trying a lot of Srixon stuff and saying 1000 times that I love the equipment but that not really helping the sponsoring company.
The Zx4 irons when they came out were amazing for me. Don’t really know the “why” other than my dispersion and length were fantastic compare to others that release cycle.
I can’t wait to see people in the event get their minds blown. Everything that I have read says 2026 could be a great year for Srixon and I want to read why these are so great for the people lucky enough to experience the event.
Love to see this event come back with these awesome new irons! This will be a great follow and I’m looking forward to it!
What a loaded experience! Srixon has always made great irons and Cleveland wedges. They’ve made impressive leaps in woods too from what we can see. And I do remember the previous testers loving their Cleveland putters as well.
And then there’s Ballyhack ?
See the AMA it’s not about reviewing solely it’s about engaging and being present. Ask questions, share images, answer questions.
And everybody receives clear and concise information and assistance from @Muchmore and @jdtox
In my opinion, if one can be present, they can do this. With that said if someone doesn’t want to talk about equipment, that is completely up to them.
Totally up to you and I respect your opinion.
Rumor has it I might be able to hit a 46° CBZ off the first tee and hit the fairway. Although if I were a betting man, I’d still bet on the miss.

I’m glad I didn’t skim and I read this before replying something very similar haha but you’re right on. Being there for the conversation about the gear is just as impactful (maybe more) as a few recap posts

I understand what U are saying. I’m not a #s guy. I don’t go to Sims to see best flight/Spin etc, but I know when a Club “works”. I have reviewed a Driver and a UW, not by Stats on a Screen but by its ease of use/forgiveness. I compared them to prior Clubs that they might replace, which is what you would do if replacing your Clubs.
EasyPeezy.
Sign up and Cross your fingers,Toes, and Eyes. ?
THP just doe sit all! Hoenstly a VERY cool experience for anyone. I have been wanting to play in the Roanoke area and try out some of the courses due to the elevation changes and the environment around there just being beautiful. Might have to give this a good look
SO sick, the new Srixonx full set at Ballyhack….THis will be an Experience of epic proportions

Wedge wise I have always enjoy clevelands. Tried alot of other wedges and just never found anything that performed for me as good and versatile. When I got to hit the CBZ in a fitting to warm up a couple months ago it was a very big surprise as how great that wedge felt even compared to my current CBX4’s
I own 4 Cleveland putters now haha. They rotate when 1 doesn’t go right even tho I know it is me. They just feel great and the price point is phenomenal compared to everything else really.

We have a lot of threads on Ballyhack and while it is private, we host a number of events there as part of our membership.
Its a very cool place and as the first post says, once on property you will not step foot off until the end, everything is cared for.

This is absolutely the need and goal.
also, the irons and wedges get a lot of the lobe (rightfully so), but the woods and hybrids may be just flying under the radar as sneaky good. I played Cleveland driver and woods many years ago, and have always wondered how the Srixon woods are. I’ve never had a chance to hit them. I imagine the Cleveland DNA is there, which is absolutely a positive.
i also haven’t hit the CBZ wedges, but have played the CBX wedges for years prior to this one. I would put them up against any wedge out there. That’s a strong statement but an easy one to state. The design makes a huge difference in distance and dispersion consistency.
Since a lot of talk hasmoved to reviewing, I’ll say it’s true, just be here to respond or have some give and take discussion. I’m not sure how well I review equipment, but I admit I really like to do so, and my playing partners at my home course seem to like getting involved too, and I used their input as applicable, testing stuff is fun, it does require a bit of time and dedication, I’m fortunate to have both now..
