In what is the highest score he has posted as a tour professional, Tiger Woods finishes with an 85 today after making the cut on the number at the Memorial this week. Woods struggled his way around the course from the beginning today, posting no birdies and two double bogeys on the front nine. Making the turn did not bring a new game as the struggles continued despite making birdie on the 2nd par 5 of the nine. The 18th hole pretty much summarized the entire round as he drove it into the water and took a quadruple bogey 8 to finish the round with the 85.
Questions are mounting as he gets ready for his busiest time on the course this summer and the US Open at Chambers Bay right around the corner.
