The Toulon Monaco putter is one of the most interesting designs in the 2026 Toulon lineup. It blends compact mallet stability with blade-like release, which makes it a unique option for golfers who want forgiveness without losing natural stroke feel.

In this video we break down what makes the Monaco different, including the multi-material construction, Deep Diamond face milling, and the two neck options available in the lineup. Curious where everyone stands on this.
Do you prefer blade putters, mallets, or something in between like the Monaco?

Kept looking at these and obsessing over the neck options last night. I like the look of the H4.5 more but think that much toe hang is gonna be wonky for my stroke, so I took a chance on the H1. I’ve never been a fan of plumbers necks but it’s a year of trying new things so I said eff it, and pulled the trigger this afternoon. Excited to put it through it’s paces.
Order in Saturday, got the shipping notification today already. Expected delivery is Friday but we’ll see when I can get actual updates. 🤞 it’s here before my round this Saturday.

Have people in town this weekend so can’t promise I’ll have a ton of pics up but I’ll make sure I get some, along with some thoughts and on course results as soon as I can.
Delivery day!! Love everything about the look of this putter. I’ll get some comparison pics up next week but this one looks smaller than your standard mallet. Also grabbed one of the putting discs just for fun.
Didn’t have the best light but wanted some natural light pics.

Forgot to get a shot of this outside but this may be my favorite detail. Looks so good on the plumbers neck.

Only two negatives so far. The grip is the standard odyssey type grip from years past. Not my favorite but easy enough to fix. I’ll have a SuperStroke or another larger grip on it soon enough.
The headcover is awesome looking but it doesn’t really close over the putter. Seems like the magnet in the body is too far back from the face. I may reach out to support about that next week.
Not trying to be negative because I’m fully in love with the look of this thing. Straight into the bag for my round tomorrow!
Also the pics don’t capture the blue really well. I’ll try to grab some sunshine pics this weekend.

Yep that Monaco is quite the looker.
I need to get some pics out in the sun too because my interior lighting does it no justice.
I am going to give it a bit more time but I hear ya about the grip. I do like it cosmetically especially with the matching blue but the firm feel is just not meshing for me. Will give it a bit more before i make judgment.
The headcover looks to be the same size as my old Toulon Seattle cover. The size works perfect for that one but when you put a full mallet in it like the Alcatraz, it is tiiiiiiiiiiiight. I have to pull and stretch and physically press down to get the magnet to engage.
I get making one size for all the mallets but make it just a scosh bigger so it fits the largest and has spare room for the smallest.

I’m gonna be honest. I hate the grip. I didn’t like it on the Oddyseys and I don’t like it here. That said a grip isn’t a deal breaker because I regrip just about everything I buy stock. The head cover could be better but I get why they use the one they do. I still may hit up support about it because it’s clearly for a smaller putter.
The actual putter though… Good grief it’s legit.
That is an amazing looking putter!!

Still it’s a really nice disc. I have a couple from other big putter brands that don’t have the raised cup section and are far more rigid.

Agreed. Plus the side clip is nice
Better light to see the color here. It’s dark enough that it looks almost black.

Lol no. It was a tee box. Course was crowded so not a lot of time for pictures on the greens.
I’ve never owned a putter that has provided better feedback off the face.
I was a bit of a dew sweeper this morning, and I could tell without even looking how pure of a roll I was getting. I didn’t need to look to know how much Skip and skid I’m getting.
I played like crap this weekend, but this putter was pretty much plug and play. I had a couple of three putts but the greens were running a bit faster than I’m used to and I’m still getting used to having to consider grain when reading them. Getting through 16 of those greens with 2 putts or better (just about all 2 putts) was a solid first outing considering some of the places I put myself on the greens.
Agreed with @Scooby45 that the feedback off the face was excellent. I had a few downhillers that I was able to roll off the toe and kill some distance with as well. After years of not wanting to game the plumbers neck I feel kind of silly as I forgot about it after a few rolls on the practice green. This putter also felt like it played lighter than most of the ones I normally play with, but that could be 100% in my head.
Putter grip will be changed out as soon as possible for something more my speed, but it was fine for the weather we had this weekend. I’d imagine most golfers not on the lunatic fringe would be perfectly happy with the stock offering.
This putter looks incredible

It’s a gorgeous putter. I wish I had a standard size Odyssey here to compare it with to show the size, but here are some comparison pics with what I do have.
Next to the Edel Array F-3. Pretty similar size.

Next to the Ai-One Cruiser 7, which is admittedly a larger putter head.

Ai-One milled 3T. These both feel extremely close in size when you hold them, but the raised alignment line is something I know works for me, which what drew me to the Monaco.

I don’t have a normal Ai-One or similar, even though I’ve gamed numerous over the years. IIRC the Cruiser line is larger and the milled line is a touch smaller.
So, this happened. She’s gorgeous.

So gorgeous. I am enamored. This is one of those putters that when I saw it, I had to have it.
Reminds me, when I get back from vacation I need to find a new indoor putting green.

Appreciate it. I could just be hallucinating coming off of last year gaming the Cruiser and DF3, but when I moved to the T3 and then the Monaco they felt smaller than normal.
