Interesting thoughts from Yags! Golf should be fun, let club companies create these super game inprovment clubs. Just don’t allow them in competition.
Neat to hear that all these things could be done for the everyday consumer.
Why aren’t they being done though, to draw more people to the game, or make the game more fun. Will they not sell? Too much $$ to make a product that perhaps will be overlooked?
An interesting conversation for sure. Wedge rules especially that it didn’t impact the pros, only amateurs.
Finally the answer to my question! One of the best interviews on THP!
This was a great video – love listening to the Master.
I think the biggest thing that I took away and the USGA doesn’t get is that a lot of the things they could do with the grooves and everything for a golf club that would help amateurs and beginners – Rickie and his friends wouldn’t touch because it wouldn’t help them.
