At THP, we believe that testing should be done not only by us, but also by the golfers just like you. One of the cool features about being an active member of the THP Forum is that we look to you guys/gals, the consumers, to give feedback on equipment to golfers all around the world. Each month we send out iron sets, drivers, hybrids, putters, trainings aids and golf balls to our active members to be a part of the THP Forum Member testing.
The mini
THP will select a group of testers to review the Theragun mini. Each person that has been in the THP Tech Studio and tried this little device out, has raved about it. Small, lightweight and the perfect size to keep in your golf bag.
Criteria
We will select a group of 12 THPers to test the mini alongside a staff writer.
You must be able to check in on the forum thread daily (or close to it) to discuss usage and answer questions. We are looking for people that can really take the time to use this fantastic device before and after rounds, before or after working out and of course throughout the day.
You will be reviewing the device for a period of 30 days (then it is yours to keep).
How to Signup
1. Comment below why you want to try the device out.
2. Share with us how you will review it in the forum.
3. Sit back and wait to see if you are chosen in the next few days.

I get a lot of trigger points in traps, lats and quads. Do a lot foam rolling, massages and use the big Theragun. Really like it, but always annoyed by its bulkiness and also impractical to travel with. Would love to try this out for quick massage and when traveling (mainly by car these days LOL!).
I would review it at end of the day, with likely a good mix of usage cases:
1) pre golf rounds (likely 6-8 in 30 days)
2) after gym workouts (frequently)
3) end of day post-work relaxing
A great opportunity this, thanks for the opportunity
I would love to try this device out
I am not getting any younger unfortunately and it does take me longer now to recover after rounds from the aches and pains. Using this device may help me to recover quicker, thus enabling me to play more often, especially at the weekends where I would love to play on both days
I would use it before my round to help to warm up and loosen my muscles, it may help my swing feel looser a lot sooner, as it usually takes the first few holes before I feel properly loose.
I would also use it after my round to help with warming down, something that I really need to do better
I would also use it before and after going for a run, to help with loosening up my leg muscles and then with the warm down exercises.
My wife has plantar fasciitis so it would be very interesting to see if this device could help her too, as she really suffers badly from it at times.
I’m always on the forum, so leaving feedback and answering questions won’t be a problem and currently I get out to the course 3 times a week. Maybe more if I get to test this as I may not have the aches and pains for as long. I also try to go out for a run at least 2 – 3 times a week.
I would love to review this product, for a couple of reasons:
I think that the tech story of portable percussion therapy is very interesting.
I tend to get aches & pains after playing golf, especially after playing back to back days. I interested in seeing if this would help that soreness & improve performance.
Also my wife deals with chronic pain daily, and with the portability and 3 speed settings, I’m interested in seeing if this product could help her too.
In the review phase, I would provide feedback after every use, and answer any questions that come up.
1. I want to try the device out because of many years of ligament and muscles injuries. I believe this will help breakup some old scar tissues and relieve some of the everyday tightness.
2. I will review it on a weekly basis and it’s general functions and ease of use. How long the battery lasts and how it works in general.
3. Sit back and wait to see if you are chosen in the next few days.
I have recently had a sore lower back that caused me to miss a round with some THPers. I will be 50 years old later this month so the aches and pains are getting more frequent unfortunately. I am a mechanic by trade so I am constantly getting up and down, lifting heavy loads and standing on concrete all day.
I will use it daily on my back and as an added bonus my wife has aching feet that she will use it on as well. She does fine all day but after sitting down after work she can barely walk until her feet get warmed up again. I will review this item with a skeptical eye as I view these types of things like snake oil. If it works I will give it props and if its an expensive paper weight I will pull no punches. I am originally from the show me state so, show me something.
Thanks for the opportunity to try out the Theragun Mini!
I’d like to give this a try to incorporate it into my fitness and golf warm up routine. Every year it seems like my muscles get tighter, and sitting for work doesn’t help the issue. I’ve been doing yoga since last November, and it has really helped increase my flexibility and decrease muscle pain. Despite that, I still can’t run like I used to, because I’m so sore afterwards. If I jump on the field for practice with my high school soccer team, forget about walking normal the next 2 days. I’d love to see how this could improve my legs so that I can enjoy running and playing soccer again.
I would test it in 2 ways:
1. High Intensity Training: See how a proper warm up with the Theragun affects how I feel after a good run/soccer game. Then, see how when I get sore, the Theragun works to reduce the amount of soreness I have. I would bring it to my high school soccer team’s practice, and have some of the kids use it when they feel like they have a tight muscle, or something that is hampering them. During summer, in the heat, this is a common issue, so I’d like to see how this could benefit the kids on the team.
2. Golf Flexibility: I don’t often get to the course early enough to get in a good warm up routine. Usually it’s just a little stretch, warm up swings on the first tee. I would love to see how this would allow me to warm up, especially when most of my rounds are early in the morning, before I had a chance to get the blood flowing.
Great video with Colin!
I want to try the Theragun mini because I’ve always been plagued with a tight lower back that usually requires laying down to do some stretches. Trying to stretch on the ground at the course can be weird and cumbersome before a round. Also, who honestly gets to the course on time to really get a good stretch in before your tee time?
I’d use the Theragun mini to help loosen my lower back regularly as well as target sore muscle groups before and after a round of golf.
I’d share my thoughts on the forum as well as share some videos of my experience using at the course before, during and after a round of golf. I’d also share my wife’s thoughts on this device as well as she’s constantly on her feet at work and could also benefit from the Theragun
The Theragun mini seems like a great little device that would be so beneficial for golf and just in everyday life! Trying to share that on the forum and through my social media would be a fun challenge!
I would love to test this out.
I have put on a few pounds and am just starting to exercise to drop the weight. Already feeling it a bit and this would be perfect for warm up and post exercise relief. I am one of the least flexible people so I am hoping this will help me stretch the muscles a bit more too.
I would be happy to take the forum along for a review. Left shoulder, lower back, and hamstrings will probably see the most activity. Part of my exercise goal is to restart using my SuperSpeed sticks. SuperSpeed + the theragun would be a great combo to share my experiences with the forum.
I workout multiple times a week along with trying to play golf a few times a week. Needless to say having a product that could massage and loosen up muscles would go a long way in warmup and post workout/golf recovery.
I will actively be on the forum to answer any questions people or the company may have. I will leave a comment every few days about how I’ve been using it and the results.
I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review this product. Thanks for the consideration.
This! All of this! I’m 40 years old and with the pandemic I’ve transitioned to full time work at home. The blessing of this is that it’s lead me back to the gym, working out every day for the first time in years. It’s also caused a lot of new aches and pains at my age. Theragun looks like an awesome solution to loosening up before and after the gym. It also looks like a great way to loosen up on the course before and after my weekday and weekend rounds. I’d love the opportunity to test one and review it for THP!
….oh and Colin Morikawa uses it? Talk about perfect timing. 🙂
1. I’ve wanted to try a therapy gun for a few months of reading how helpful they are for golf and health in general. I am excited to see how it help me feel, live and play better golf.
2. I will write thorough, descriptive and honest feedback about my usage of the gun on a session, daily and weekly basis. I will write before, during and after experiences and document everything in an easy to read but complete way.

I would like to try this out, for someone who is approaching 50, I need all the help I can get. I have been going to the gym and doing a lot of stretching. I think this is something I would like to incorporate in my pre-workouts at the gym and pre-round warm ups. Thanks for the potential opportunity
Getting older the aches and pains of my daily routine can make some activities more difficult. I am a high school football and golf coach. I would love to use this product obviously for myself, but also on my athletes. The size of your product would be perfect for my athletes to try this out in the locker room or on the bus to relieve sore muscles after games or practice.
I would share my and my athletes daily use. One thing about high school students they are brutally honest and we would get great feedback and data about this product.
In closing I hope I am choose to give your new product a try.
Oh man. Great opportunity here. Why do I want to test this device? Simply put, I’m aging and my body is starting to show it. I’ve got a number of different ailments I’m currently attempting to remedy. I’ve got the classic lower back pain due to some disc issues and arthritis. I’ve got tennis elbow. And just an overall lack of range of motion. The past two years I’ve noticed a trend of me being less and less flexible. It takes me longer to recover from a workout, a round of golf, etc. I’ve got a knock off percussion gun from Amazon. But, it’s bulky, lacks power to really get into the muscle, and is too big for me to use on my back without assistance.
I would review this a few different ways I believe. First, my current percussion gun closely resembles a Theragun competitor. Basically identical even though it’s not branded. I would start by comparing them both in form and basic function. Which gun seems to get in deeper? Do I feel better after using one it the other? Which gun is easier to use to get to certain body areas?
Next, I would try to quantify the benefits. I don’t have it all figured out quite yet. But, I would try to come up with categories. Using the Theragun in the morning, before golf, after golf, and before bed. Try to assign an overall wellness score, probably a 1-10 scale of how I feel for each category. To assign a baseline, I would go without the Theragun for a week, rate each category on its own the best I can. Then, compare the work Theragun to the without.
Finally, I would just share what I think of the device. Explain how I think it has or has not helped my overall wellness and more specifically, my golf game. Do I feel better through the day with this device in use? Am I able to play better golf? Or at least, do I feel better while playing golf?
And of course, I’d be there answering any questions that come up and trying to tailor my review in a way that best helps the THP community.
Even now as I type this out, I’m doing my morning stretches trying to loosen up my lower back just to make it through the work day.
My body awareness says “EVERYTHING IS SORE”…I would be more than willing to test Theragun!!
As a golfer returning to the sport after a stroke and circulation problems i find warming up essential. Tho time wise this isn’t alway a possibility. Id use this as a warm up and warm down. Giving specific insights into ease of use, and whether playing standard increases.
Yes, I would very much like to test a Theragun Mini. My elbow tendonitis is no joke, and have been thinking about one of these little percussive massagers for awhile now.
Well I have been critical of the theragun, maybe I’m wrong? Not only do I play golf, I also lift heavy and to help my oldest boy stay in shape for soccer I also run 2 to 3 miles 3 days a week. I do notice that my back gets stiff, not hurt but stiff especially after running. Would the threragun help that, I’m a skeptic but maybe it would. The one thing that I would be most interested in seeing is if it would help alleviate my tendinitis in both my elbows.
As I said I’ve been a skeptic of the device, but if chosen to test I would give it a fair and unbiased review.

I have been contemplating this device for a few months now. I need something to help work out all of my muscle aches, pains, knots, etc. from working as a firefighter.
My aches and pains can relate to anyone active, and I can relate how it will help my transition from work life to golf life.
I’d love to see how one of these could help with the aches and pains after several days of golf in a row.
I’m playing at least three days a week lately, and it’s taken daily yoga and monthly trips to the chiropractor to keep my body relatively pain free. It would be interesting to see if the Theragun fits into that routine.
I spend plenty of time online, and would happily jump into the review thread to share my experiences and answer questions from folks.
I want to try out the Theragun mini because I literally cannot play two days in a row anymore without feeling muscle pain and stiffness. At 59 years of age, I would love to have some very usable device that could eliminate some of this discomfort and allow me to play my best. There is no piece of golf-related equipment that I would rather try.
If I were fortunate enough to test this device, I would report daily what difference it makes. I would describe its functionality, ease of use and effectiveness. I would try it in both golf settings and other workouts. All of it I would happily report to the forum.
Fantastic opportunity!
I would love to test out the Theragun mini. As I get older things get stiffer and its harder to loosen up especially in those early morning rounds. I’m here everyday and will provide weekly updates
I am interested in trying the Theragun out because sometimes I am unable to warm up as much as I’d like pre round and this should help wake up my muscle groups. I can also use it post round so I don’t have that evening or next day soreness.
In addition to golfing, I try to workout ~4 times a week, sometimes at a high intensity and other times just moving heavier weight to work on strength. The Theragun would allow me to provide not only reviews after use from golfing, but also before and after a long workout multiple times a week. The body gets tighter easier due to working from home and not being as mobile as I would like since I as in my chair most of the day. I am very interested to see how this helps me physically throughout a workday too.
I believe it would be fun to share with THPers how this device can be used in multiple areas of life and answering any questions on the impact physically, battery life, ease of use, and any other way I can provide feedback through the forum.
I’d love to test this thing out.
I suffer from chronic neck paindue to trigger points in my traps and other scapular muscles so using this would be a big help. Plus, working in sports med it could be a useful tool with some of my athletes as well.
best way to test it out is to use it so, mornings for sure and evenings when I’m especially tight. it’s so compact it’s easy to bring with me anywhere really.
I want to try the Theragun to compare the feeling after a round or two and Theragun to that of a foam roller. I roll out with foam roller and still have stiffness. The Theragun would go deeper and target speficic ailment spots vs the large roller. The other selling point is the reduction of stress through massage. It would be great to get my own relaxing massage available in my home when I want it.
I have seriously considered making the jump and getting a Theragun for a while now. I think the percussive therapy provided by the device could really help to have me playing golf at my best.
If chosen to review the Theragun mini, I would provide feedback on how it may or may not benefit me day to day, as well as how it functions for pre and post round warmup/recovery. If my back and neck are feeling tight before a round, does it really help to loosen up the muscles? Would love to find out and share my personal experiences with the THP family.
I would love to demo this product for myself and students/ players.
My entire paying career I have battled tight hamstrings and back flexibility. I had the opportunity to try the full size gun and loved it. It definitely makes a huge difference in warm up and with recovery. Would also share and use on my players/ students to demonstrate how the use can improve and extend their practice sessions and prepare them to properly warm up and play. Thanks for considering me as a demo candidate.
1. Watch the short video above.
Done!
2. Comment below why you want to try the device out.
I’m 40 now. Is that enough? I jest of course, but certainly I’ve noticed that with age, comes a slower ability to warm up and recover. I’ve been very intrigued by the Theragun products to support both a pre-round warm up and a post round recovery. I also have a bit of a tender back in the mornings sometimes and I’m very curious if the mini can help get me loose. I’ve threatened to buy one multiple times. Would love to review the mini and provide my thoughts.
3. Share with us how you will review it in the forum.
I would plan to use it every day and provide daily input on how I’m feeling in the AM. Certainly I would intend to use it prior to each round of golf I play as well as post round and provide comments on what I’m feeling etc..
Why? At 65 yr old, I’ve had 4 heart attacks, a quad bypass, stints, all mostly due to stress. Had a few bad eating years in a crap marriage – that didn’t help. Now it’s 8 yrs after the last surgery. A few hours after range or play after a nap, I am beat and feel like I just got pounded by Bryson. My legs cramp up even though I drink water like a fish. Yes, it’s the old I feel like everything is sore – once in a while, a ligament get loose in fingers and the big one in the knee. I need to reduce stress and muscle tightness for my health. A massage gun helps immensely in between my monthly massage sessions in which a former Dallas Stars trainer contorts the rest of my muscles and joints to get them more flexible and moving. No pain, no gain.
I will review it by having my teen son video my pregame use and post game, with my colorful commentary. And when I can’t video, I will post my commentary. I’m already using something that is not a theragun and would love to compare. I will comment on results as to how I feel mentally, physically and as to any additional movement due to using the gun.
Yes, I’ve seen your posts on the Theragun. So want to see what it does. Thanks.
This might be one of the coolest testing opportunities THP has done!
Why do I want to test?
I’ve had consistent lower back pain on my left side for well over a year now, to the point that it consistently affects my sleep. I’ve tried stretching (it helps some but I struggle dedicating the time) and some strength training but it’s still there. Having something that doesn’t take a tremendous amount of time but still have an impact would be a godsend for me.
I also struggle with a tight left side which is very apparent when playing golf and I’m really curious if this will help improve that and help me feel better before and after my rounds.
The final reason is once or twice a year out of the blue I get a really stiff neck and I wonder if something like this would help. My mom gets the same thing and I’d love for her to try it out as well.
How would I review?
The beauty of this is that you don’t have to dedicate 30 or more minutes to it so I’d have no problem using it every morning and evening and posting results about how I feel immediately as well as progress over time. Similar to what I did with some Grandaddy reviews I’d take video (super slow motion of jiggling muscles/flab is preferred right?) and post it both on the forum and on YouTube for others to see. I’d make sure to share my feedback on social media as well.
I would love to use it as suggested before and after my golf rounds. I should really do a stretching routine before each round but struggle dedicating the amount of the time needed to do it. The fact that this does not require a ton of time would make it a go to before and after each round. If I can find a way to feel better during and after my rounds I’m all in!
The other way I’d test is to have my father, who has all kinds of back and leg issues, give it a try and I would post up his feedback. I’m really interested to see what other people around me think about the product as well.
Thanks for another great opportunity THP!
I believe it would help so much after a round for my knees & shoulders. Might even use it at the turn just help keep loose. My wife & daughter would both probably test it as well as they work out every day.
I would love to test and review the Theragun mini!
1) I want to review the massager because I have chronic lower back pain since my car wreck last year. After physical therapy, I still have low to moderate pain regularly. I try to alleviate this by stretching and using Bio-Freeze. The pain seems to be more prominent after physical activities like playing golf, exercising, etc. Even long car rides will make the pain flare up.
2) I will review this product by using it on a daily basis. After waking up, before and after physical activities, and after long car rides. My wife, whose 7 months pregnant, has had significant sciatic nerve pain. She has tried stretching, physical therapy, massages, etc. with no avail. I would love to see if Theragun Mini can help her with her discomfort in her third trimester!
Thanks THP and Therabody for a great contest!
These kind of devices are intriguing, especially with the positive reviews on here, but the cost has held me back from trying them. Body isn’t bouncing back like it used to, and if there’s something that could help that i’m all for it.
I’ve had two specific situations I would want to test out.
1. Towards the end of rounds, or on second days of tournaments, I definitely seem to loose some steam especially off the tee. Would the theragun help rejuvinate some of those muscles midround and help me finish strong.
2. This is the one i’ve had on my mind since the first review on here. Early morning rounds I am always slow to get going. My swing is tight until about hole 6 or 7 (or and early morning bloodly mary can speed that up). I’ve tried various warmups and stretches to help but still can’t hit hole number 1 feeling loose. Would some preround theragun treatment help with this?
A lot of times after playing I get a fatigued and sore feeling across the middle of my back. I think that by using this before and after the round that discomfort would be eliminated. I also tend to be stiff when I get to the course as it is about a 30 minute drive over there. So I would use it to loosen up the arm and leg muscles before even going to the range. I would be sure to make note of how much relief I got from the back issues after playing and how well it did to loosen me up before the rounds.

Thank you. I have been raving about these things since trying them and the mini makes so much sense. When I asked Theragun if they would do it, they loved the idea of impartial feedback straight from golfers. I have gone from pain after a round to virtually none, just by using the simple warmup that was in the digital magazine and I look forward to seeing how others find it.

After I got out of the Marines, I went rock climbing.
For about two years.
Half Dome. Wind River Range. All over.
I was dropped 54 feet halfway up Devil’s Tower and landed on a ledge about the size of a 4-person dinner table 300 feet up.
I broke my back (T5).
I do many things to mitigate pain in my daily life. This looks like it could help.
I’d be interested in seeing not only how it helps pre-round, but when used daily in conjunction with my morning stretching routine, and before/after running.
@clarkgriswold
I golf a 3-4 times a week and I lift heavy 3-4 times a week. Having some sort of active recovery tool like a theragun mini would be interesting. I deal with low back aches and tenderness, I have an elbow that hasn’t worked right in months, and general lingering soreness from my training. Seeing if I can get help improved aches and pains between activities would be welcome. As a side gig, I am also a strength and conditioning coach for 20 people in 4 different countries. Having a good recommendation for an active recovery tool would be nice.
I struggle with lower back pain, which can turn a great round into a miserable experience. I would LOVE to try this out to see if I can get through a round pain free!
For reviewing it in the forum, I have a golf trip to the Ozarks coming up next month where I plan to play at least 27 holes a day. In previous trips, my first round has always been my best, and my game goes downhill from there (one of those “downhill” trips was even documented here for the Morgan Cup – I definitely played better the first morning than I did the rest of the trip). My plan would be to try it before, between, and after the rounds on my trip and report back here to see if scores maintained or improved over the trip (targeting the lower back and hamstrings – which are always sore in the mornings). In the meantime, I either run or play golf on a daily basis, so I plan on reviewing its daily effects on my calves, which are usually in rough shape from dealing with my [S]excess body fat due to beer consumption[/S] pure muscle. :ROFLMAO:
I would love to test and review the Theragun-mini. I’m almost 63 years old, so time and sports has taken it’s toll on my body. While I do stretch almost every day and always before each round of golf, I think the Theragun-mini tied in with my stretching would help get this old guy’s swing going right from the first tee rather than 4 or 5 holes into the round. I struggle to get my hip flexors stretched out enough and this should help immensely. I also think using it after a round just might quell some of the aches and pains that develop.
As far as how I would test it goes…
I would use it daily to help get my day started as I am walking on concrete floors all day long at work.
I would also use it before and after every round of golf. (1-3 rounds per week)
I would post my usage and thoughts on the Theragun-mini to THP every day or at least as much as possible.
Thanks for the opportunity !

It was genius for them to come up with a mini version. I’m similar to you and travel quite a bit (well, in a normal world) and bringing one along to use after a crappy nights sleep where you wake up sore could be huge.
That actually just made me think of something else. I drive a ton for my sales territory and my right calf gets crazy tight from using the pedals all day. I would think anyone that drives a lot could benefit from this for back and leg pain.
I have a full size theragun type (different brand) massager. I’d like to try out the mini theragun because of the portability. Usually before I leave my house for a round, I’ll do some stretching and use my full size massager to loosen up. However, I’m pretty sure by the time I drive to the course any work that I did are gone. With this I can comfortably use it while warming up at the course and work out any tight spots (which I have a lot of!).
I’d post day-to-day thoughts on how I’m feeling and how the theragun mini is improving how my body feels. I’d also post up some videos showing what parts of my body I’m using the mini on and show some range of motion before and after use. As you might be able to tell, I’m excited about this product. Thanks THP!
As a kid in college, I’m always trying to save money while playing golf so I am often walking the course, not riding. This will lead to cramps or twinges in my muscles at times, as I am relatively tight. I’d love to use the Theragun to help target muscles better than my foam roller, while also being able to answer any questions that anyone may have.
I would like to try the device because I am an aging golfer and athlete who is not immune to pain and stiffness on a daily basis. And in addition to golf, I also run and do light weight training. I think this product could have huge benefits for me.
I would provide and honest and true assessment of the product with a focus on how it would specifically affect each area of the body where it would be used. I would relate to the forum how I felt before and after use, focusing on the specific benefits that the product would provide me. Finally, I would give my advice regarding use of the product not only for golf and athletic activities but also for daily activities.
I would love to try this even more than getting to review a new club. My lower back is constantly tight, to the point that it noticeably affects my swing. The day after a round of golf is even worse. I’d like to test it before and after rounds as well as daily morning use.
Great opportunity thanks!
As someone who has lower back issues, I’m currently using a cheaper alternative to help loosen my lower back daily. If chosen my plan would be to review it from not only how it helps me before/after rounds or range sessions, but also on how it helps my lower back after a long day of work.
If shooting your best scores are the goal, you have to get all of your muscles firing correctly, without pain or restriction.
I have been struggling for most of the season with tightness in the left side of my neck and shoulder area, which I believe is holding me back from consistently posting sub-80 rounds.
Unlike a foam roller, the Theragun Mini is portable and can be taken to the course to be used before a round, even during if things start to tighten up.
As an active THP forum member, I have the ability to post daily, sometimes even multiple times throughout the day if others have questions they would like to have answered. As well, weight training twice weekly puts a strain on my body, as does sitting for hours daily driving from site to site. The Mini would always be by my side, ready to attack a tight hip flexor, quadricep, psoas muscle and provide immediate relief. I know that a full stretching routine is the key to full performance, however mobile people like myself have a hard time fitting it in. I can only imagine what possibilities the Theragun would open up.

Thanks, THP, for another great opportunity!
I’m in my sixties and I need to take actions to preserve strength and flexibility. I have made a conscious effort to do more strenuous activity, and my schedule has allowed me to play more golf in the last three weeks than I have in the entire two years before that. I see that continuing for at least the rest of this season. An evaluation of the Theragun Mini fits into these activities nicely:

My schedule has me in front of my desktop every day (see: frequent breaks, above), and I can see the Theragun intertwined with so many activities of daily living, that I envision posting an average of three times daily about my Theragun experiences, including multiple rounds of golf. “It’s not just for fun, Honey, it’s for Science.”
I have been struggling with chronic undiagonosed back pain for 6 years. In that time I have seen chiropractors, physical therapists, spine specialists, had MRIs and various other treatments. Daily yoga, core strength work and stretching keep me able to be active but not pain free. I have heard that the Theragun could help with the stiffness and soreness in my back. I also have cramping issues that I believe the theragun would help.
I have a daily routine that I follow and I would add the Theragun into that process. I visit the THP daily and contribute regularly on a variety of topics. I would provide daily updates on how the Theragun helps with my recovery and overall well being.
