The Off Course podcast wants to celebrate its recent milestone of reaching 300 episodes with a bit of a contest. Typically, Friday is the day for the latest episode, but this week we’re doing something a little different.
Today, host Dan Edwards has helped curate a very cool mystery box for the lucky winner valued at over $500 and filled with fun stuff. Inside you might find clubs, accessories, apparel or limited edition media kits, but we guarantee it is loaded with awesome.

How to Enter
Entering is super easy. Off Course just surpassed its 300th episode and during that time has had some of the most in depth discussions found anywhere in golf. Your job is just to tell us what your favorite interview or episode was.
Drop a comment below with the episode title and/or episode number a quick explanation as to why and you are entered.
You can enter twice, with two different episode selections, but they must be commented in separately (two different posts).
Entries must be made by Monday July 13th.
We will announce winners July 14th in the THP Forum.

just a note, that’s not Off Course.
I too really enjoyed that show, but splitting fairways is a different podcast

I deleted….
Episode 294….Off Course….Sunday Golf. Son loves his Sunday bag and I’ve pondered one a while now. Just undecided on a color.
Episode 240 – @DB TT goes deeeeep into shafts and knowledge. I remember listening to it i the car and learning more than I could have imagined possible from not seeing what is being talked about.

Episode 206 with @Master Yagley finally letting the cat out of the bag fully with Limit3D/3DP! Any and all with @LittleRat or Yags have been amazing.
But I remember the excitement that was around the 3D printing technology and what it could do. That episode and Yags explaining complex ideas and structures was a must see in addition to must listen
Episode 294, Sunday golf
Really liked listening to this episode as I have been in the market for a bag, got me contemplating even more.
One more day to enter
I have a hard time picking a favorite, because honestly there a lot of favorites.
First pick:
More recently listening to Episode 293 Talking Shafts with UST Mamiya and having gone through a Shaft Up, piecing things together. It was such a fun listen, like I was back at Ballyhack again listening to Danny.
Anything with Yagley is right up there, its borderline intoxicating the way whe talks about things. The way the story all comes together, from his past and present, and where it might go in the future….. I just love listening to it.
I am going to pick another very recent episode, because honestly it was great hearing Yags on the Podcast again:
EPISODE 301 -Mike Yagley from Foresight
Entry 2.
I like all the episodes with James and Dean, we need one soon with both them on. I’ll go with one from last year with Dean – episode 265 course logos and pairing with randos. A lot of banter about a bunch of various topics.
Entry 1.
Ep. 208: Jason Finley from Callaway Golf Goes Off Course
The robot testing of CT vs Pro V1 was a pretty cool stat. Listening to Finley talk about the golf ball and feel was interesting. Some people may prefer a certain feel / want to hear that click but is it actually the best ball for you or is it something you just prefer.
Entry 2.
Ep. 245: Off Course – Michael Vrska Discusses Fitting, Adjustability and More
vgolfman asking everyone; What is the first iron in your bag that you are comfortable hitting?
I used to hit 4i alot but lately not so much. This had me thinking, would a 7w finally kick the 4i out the bag. (*no 7w yet) Also, the knowledge vgolfman has just makes us just want to listen to him anytime he talks about gear and golf.
I still think about when the 21 grandaddy crew got back to the hotel and Mr No. 3 Jacks himself was there for an hour long Q&A In the hotel lobby. Even though he was visibly tired, he still took the time to talk with us and answer questions.
Episode 297 with Josh Talge. I listened to this one at least 3-4 times leading into the Titleist Experience this year. Then getting a chance to play (extremely fast) with Josh was a great time. He is an open book and just a pleasure to share the course with. His stories were so good and still have me laughing about a few things.
Episode 253 – Is 3D Printing One of the Biggest Innovation Leaps?
I’m a gear junkie and all of the technology advancements fascinate me. Seeing where 3D printing goes in irons over the next couple of years is really interesting. Will there be a place where consumers can order clubs with their own parameters and grinds that are truly custom is a topic I regularly ponder on. I’m constantly testing iron sets out of curiosity and would be really cool to design a set based on what I know and prefer. Interestingly enough 253 is what sparked that thought process for me and they came back around to it on 298.
Eps: 284 – A Material Breakthrough in Golf
Just loved the way Jason from Kinetixx geek out when he was talking about the tech. There is so much passion there.
Congrats to @Canadan and everyone involved. There have been some amazing episodes and I am quite partial to Zack Oakley talking Apex Irons (8/25/23). It was a pleasure facing him in GD11 when he was with Callaway.
Having just won a box, I’ll gladly refrain from an official entry. Keep up the great work Off Course!!

Episode 289 – Golf Bags, Travel and More with CaddyDaddy
I really enjoyed learning about CaddyDaddy. Before watching, I really didn’t know as much about the brand other than hearing other THPers rave about the quality and durability of their designs. I specifically liked learning about the travel bags – first class, enforcer, and constrictor. I know the Phoenix is out too. I like how Rod is happy to talk through making designs on which bag is right for you and that CaddyDaddy is always willing to help their customers.

This one did get multiple listens from me, and was the reason I bought the CaddyDaddy bag I use now. It is a great episode.
not entering, just also want to call out
Episode 293: UST Mamiya LINQ PowerCore.
watched it again last night going to sleep as I feel like I have a better understanding now of some of the things that were said. It is a very rewatchable one and I appreciate it.
So who won the box??
I already entered this, but this morning I pulled up Episode 269 – Off Course – Jose Miraflor from Cobra Golf
This was such a good talk, specifically about the future of 3D printed clubs and the tease of future releases.
I was kind of in a deep ponder mode on Cobra equipment, so was a good listen and learn. I think the future of the 3DP lineup will be crazy good, and am intrigued to put it mildly.
