Refuse to play for money with him. Let him do whatever he wants but let him know that if he breaks the rules, the bets are off the table. It's only fair.

As far as he and I go, the money games have been minimal as of late for all the reasons that you guys have said. In regards to the OOB stuff, I think he learned his lesson on the 4th of July. We were a threesome while the rest of the crew played as a 4some behind us. We would tee off and my buddy that is much better(bounced around minitours like the Adams Tour) than "the cheat" and myself would loudly tell me to hurry up and jump in the cart b/c we had to follow "the cheat" to make sure he was playing his ball. This happened pretty much every hole, and as the guy I was riding with played better(he shot 5 under so that was definitely happening) the louder he got. By 18 "the cheat" had all but been broken, lol, so we'll see what happens next time out when we're playing.
