It could be car or plane and this isn’t speaking about a meal or snack that the airlines offer, but something you either bring with you or buy at airport or on the road at a stop.

Never had jerky on a plane, only in the car

Can’t say I’ve ever had it on a plane. Love it for a good road trip. Road trips I know about. Have another 9 hour one today. Few bottles of water and a bag of Old Trappers and hammer down.

Car: sunflower seeds

Plane: any gummy candy

In the car. Plane is those boscoff cookies. Elite.
 
You buy Biscoff cookies before a flight?
I've been known to when not flying delta. I think it was American or united gave use pretzels and that's blah
 
I usually buy almonds for the plane. Car is 100% Cornuts.
 
Roadtrips it’s a Blizzard.

I am a Cashew or Combo stacker when traveling.
 
Some type of trail mix that is salty and savory.
