I'd probably have gone fried egg x 2 and bacon (pref Danish) x 2 if I could double up on items.

Fried egg, cheddar, and bacon on an English muffin. I’d go sausage if I know the restaurant but bacon is Less variable. I made one at home a couple days ago and it was two fried eggs, cheddar, and Nueske’s bacon on Dave’s killer bread fried in a pan with butter.
