I don't have a home course either. There's plenty of muni's around, and even some day fee courses. The one that I enjoy playing the most though, is Glen Garden.

Built in 1912, it's where Byron Nelson and Ben Hogan learned the game, were both caddies there in the 20's, and is a heck of a lot of fun to play.
I don't have a home course, but play The University Course at UBC and Northview (home of the Air Canada PGA tournament) regularly - both great for different reasons. They are terrific public courses and if you ever get to Vancouver, you should try and play them.
Minor Park is where we played most of our rounds this year: http://www.minorparkgolfcourse.com/view.asp?id=149&page=2203.
Smiley's is where we played when we wanted an executive course or driving range: http://www.smileysgolf.com/range.htm.
Next year I hope to play more at Tomahawk Hills: http://www.jcprd.com/parks_facilities/tomahawk_golf.cfm and Country Creek: http://countrycreekgolf.com/Courses.htm
