Work in the IT field for a large public company. Basically my job is to make sure our financial software meets Sarbanes Oxley requirements. I'm also responsible for sitting down with auditors and making sure they go away.

Tomorrow - NOTHING Being let go tomorrow so I get to enjoy a few months of rest and relaxation. Ok well since I'll be playing lots of golf that is actually stress and frustration.

After my much needed break I'll be going back into sales. Already have a new job lined up but not starting with them for 2-3 months.

Run my corporate logowear and ad specialties company. Keeps me hoppin', but I get to be online for quite awhile at a time to keep up on THP.

No one's posted lately so...

I'm a copywriter. For those who don't know, anytime you see a funny commercial or clever billboard, someone came up with that idea. That's what I do... well, was doing. I wrote billboards, websites, TV commercials and radio spots. Since being laid off in september, I've been focusing my marketing abilities on social media.

Also pursuing my real estate license and helping a realty with their marketing.

But, as for a real, full-time career right now... nothing. So I'm part-timing it at Dick's Sporting Goods until something works out.

I work for an erosion control and environmental contractor in the southwest. I am responsible for business development in this part of the country which means I am the sales guy. Gotta say this is an interesting economy to be selling but has helped me develop and hone my skills.

Hoping to get more time for golf this year and to shoot lower scores...
