I've got the usual - balls, tees, pitch mark repair tools (not divot tools - mine are for fixing pitch marks), plus I carry a couple of granola bars, bandages, Tylenol, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, a sharpie, a Line-m-Up tool, a Hawaiian coin, impact tape, FJ RainGrips, and a weight kit and tool for my putter.

I've got too much stuff in mine 
I have 13 clubs (depends on if I put my LW in my bag or not), tons of golf balls (water balls, junk balls to hit a few on the range w/o having to pay for a bucket, and my good balls), my score recording book, tees, a pen, ball marker/divot repair tool and a sweater if I happen to wear one that day and a bottle of water and a fiber bar, band aids, tape for my fingers, Advil and sunscreen

normally all my clubs, a towel, my shoes, snack/drink, bunch of srixons, tees, brush for cleaning, ball marker, headcovers, glove, when playing-wallet, phone, keys etc., ball grabber probably some random change lol.
currently shoes ball grabber, srixons towel, brush, adams putter, ball grabber, tees, marker, glove...in the process of refilling the bag or perhaps replacing it too.

See thats where you messed up. You need to throw the budget out and then youre good.
