simple for us this year as its just the two of us.. turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie

GG and I went to a place called Cedars. It is Lebanese food and was really good.

Its leftovers today, my favourite meal
 
tonight is gonna be salmon with rice and asparagus
 
The wifes home made sloppy joe's , baked beans & sea salt lays potato chips ........

Leftover Ribs from the Roast on XMAS = Braised Ribs with polenta tonight!

Braised em in leftover Au Jus/Bottle of Zinfandel. With some carrots, celery, onion, garlic, tomatoes. Slow cooked em for 3 hours in the oven - then strained braising liquid and reduced it down to a sauce. Polenta with some herbs/spices and finished with parmesan cheese/cream cheese. then some quick roasted green beans
 
Another day of leftovers for me... this turkey just keeps on going...
 
That looks and sounds delicious! I recently discovered how much I love polenta.

We have a THP visitor coming to join GG for a round of golf today and then dinner after the fact. So we are going to my new favorite sushi place called DragonFly. We have eaten here a few times now, once with the biggsy's, and once with SeeMore putters as well. Very cool place that has some amazing rolls.
 
Homemade lasagna and salad.
 
Probably fish 'n' chips.
 
Tacos!!
 
Omelettes in a baggie. Good stuff.
