Pork tacos. Finely diced marinated pork, cilantro, queso fresco, onion, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime on soft corn and flour tortillas. Have some killer salsa verde for a little heat. Went to the Mexican grocery store this morning. Love the place. The corn tortillas were warm in the package.

Halloween candy... those recess pumpkins are fantastic.

Omelette in a bag. Good stuff.

Ok, I have to ask...what is that?
Crack two eggs in a Ziplock Freezer bag (quart size). Add extras (cheese, bacon, sausage, onions, peppers, whatever).

Boil a large pot of water. Put in baggies and bring back to a boil and cook for about 13 to 15 minutes. Everyone eats their omelette at the same time.

Make sure to not let the baggie hang over the side of the pot (it will melt!).

Very interesting Smalls, I have never heard of that. Sounds delicious though!
