You were thinking this probably? When @Wildcat4life asked me to take a picture of this I doubt this is what he had in mind... but this is what I came up with. View attachment 9164612
Don't make me eye roll you in the pro iron thread!@Nessinator is a photographer that likes to take pictures of beautiful things. Old cards, Bodhi, me and Edel Pro Irons
That's a quite the SW movement in that collection from extreme point to point. If I'm understanding correctly. So I changed all the higher lofted clubs from 2-10-8 to 2-8-10 to promote more of a straighter flight and not the pull/draw. But I think it will ultimately come down to one of these setups for me:
2-2-8
2-2-10
2-2-6
2-6-8
2-6-10
2-8-10
The ability to customize is unbelievable
No I think I have to tinker with each club to get optimal results. But I think I have a starting point with each clubThat's a quite the SW movement in that collection from extreme point to point. If I'm understanding correctly.
Haven't experienced SMS yet, but soon.
Would all the clubs get the same movement at the same time?
Beyond excited I get to do this, and many many thanks to and for the opportunity to test and review not just 1, but 2 sets of beautiful irons…..from the same company. This season the standard SMS irons, shafted with Recoil 110’s will be going up against my shiny new SMS Pro irons, shafted with LZ 6.0’s. If anyone has any questions, please let me know, here are some side by sides of the set 7’s, I’ll try to get some up soon of the 5i and PW!

Is anyone else still waiting for their irons that ordered them when they first launched for pre-orders?These irons should be tried by anyone that has the ability/budget to get there hands on them
I agree. The feel is so impressive. I have been hesitant about playing a true players iron for a long time. But with limited time they give you the feedback at the same time being a little more forgiving than I thought. These irons should be tried by anyone that has the ability/budget to get there hands on them
Besides the smaller head. I would think the biggest difference between the Pros and the Standard is the sole. The tri milled sole just sets it apart. Not many irons have that. But look at the leading and trail edge. Both make it easier to not dig and get through the ball with forgiveness
