Golf Score Expectations

I'm ecstatic with 72 and below
Happy with 73-75
And usually slightly disappointed with anything higher.

High expectations...ALWAYS!
 
For me, under 100 would make for a good experience.

Yea for me anything over 100 at this point I'm disappointed, and sub 90 this year will be the goal. Anywhere in the 90's is a sliding scale of satisfaction
 
I'm content with bogey golf and I play mostly 9-hole rounds so based on that I'm happy with anything 45 or lower based on my current ability. 46-49 is ok as it's sub-100 for 18. 50+ is a bit disappointing since I know it's a result of worse-than-normal ball striking and/or putting.

Estatic to break 75
Happy to shoot 76 - 80
OK with 81-83
The dog won't get kicked 84-86 (relax, I would never kick my dog)
Probably buying something new 87-89
Contemplating doing more boating at 90 and above
 
If I'm in the 90's then I'm not happy, depending on the course 80-89 is either great or just ok. If I break 80, party time.
 
For me and the way I played last yr 93 happy

93-97 ok whatever I played

98 and above I'm miserable

Next yr

80 ecstatic

80-85 very happy

85-90 ok

90+ not happy

For me it comes down to consistency of scoring this yr not total score if I'm bogey with a couple pars/doubles I'm ok with that. But string a couple pars and then go trips or double with a few bad holes following aggravates me to no end.

Happy with mid to low 90s.
Very dissapointed with 99 or above.
 
I'll join in. In the off-season now really working hard on the things that most impact my game so going into next season:

Ecstatic with <76
Happy with 76-79
Okay with 80-82
Steaming above 82 (Unless it's a particularly difficult course or conditions)
 
85-90 Happy
90-95 Disappointed
95+ Upset
