Congrats on such a quick and painless experience. TM really doesn't have much to lose in the deal but by working with you and making you happy, they've retained a customer that will come back in the future.

I will have to admit, this was the LAST thing I thought would happen. Very cool of TM, will keep this story in mind next time I revamp the bag.
 
Their CS is top notch. When I destroyed my driver at the range by catching a support pole on a very flat backswing. Inquired about buying a replacement head...they replaced the club for cost of shipping (1 way)
