Q-STAR Forever (or less)....

I'm going to play this yellow SRIXON Q-STAR (No. 3) until it's gone.

Played 18 holes with it today. Ball condition after the round is pretty good despite one sand shot and one cart path.

Nearest death shot: Low hook second shot on a par 5 with water left. Ball probably bounced off rocks lining the hazard and ended up in the adjacent rough. Made bogey.

More tomorrow....

Excellent ball. Play that and the z star yellow. Both are superb and really durable.

Well, that didn't last long.

Another windy day. Aimed right on third shot to second hole (par 5) with wind blowing right to left. Ball stayed right and landed between the green and the water hazard on the right. Ball hopped into the rocks bordering the water hazard and pin-balled around for one or two seconds before taking a dive.

So, played that ball for 19 holes + three strokes. Played the next ball for the rest of the round, but...

...the thrill was gone.
