Anyone ever play here? I'll be there on vacation in a couple weeks. Looks tough. Looks almost links style for us short hitters.
 
Have played it about 6 times. Very nice, lots of water, big greens. Think I only hit driver on 2 or 3 holes. Course is not long but there is a lot of trouble that can be gotten into. Course has been in great shape everytime I have played it. Last time was about 2 years ago.
 
Good advice. I'll be playing a couple rounds. I see a lot of iron play on the first round.
 
I've played there, too, and if I remember correctly, the rough wasn't too fun. Wire grass and sandy soil, if I recall. I do remember it being pretty, and fun.
 
Take extra balls. That's the only course where I've gone through a full dozen in a single round. :banghead:
 
I played it last summer. It is a beautiful course and area. There isn't much forgiveness for missed fairways. I look forward to my wife's family going back to St George Island so I can go play this course again.
 
Geez, I can't believe how many of us have played there. It's not like it's in a big city!
 
The forgotten coast. I love it over there. I will either be in my boat or on the course for 10 days. Can't wait. My in laws are in East Point. Hard working honest living people over there. No wal mart for 60 miles, hope it stays that way.
