What do you do when your game is in a slump?

I've been struggling lately, so this thread is really relevant to me. My whole game is out of whack right now. Thankfully I'm keeping the ball in play for the most part and I can still shoot a decent score. I've got a couple of lessons left, but I just can't seem to get the lessons to transfer to the course right now.

If its way off and nothing feels right, I take a week off. Otherwise I practice whatever is wrong and focus on fundamentals.

I walk away for a few days or maybe longer.

I make sure my setup is right and I practice my short game more.
