Honey Creek times start at 0800 I believe. The TCI times are 0920 to 0950.

I dunno. Skunking a few range balls before a round seems to work pretty well for me. Illinimick and lance can attest to that

I'm super excited and my dad is even more. Really glad he gets to experience this great group of guys.

Think non-Illinois/Iowa folks are are getting grouped on one of those teams? Or is it Iowa/Illinois/team of misfits?

New this year is Honey Creek. This hidden gem of Central Iowa golf is always in top notch shape. Honey Creek is 2 totally different nines. The front nine is relatively flat and tree lined but open. The back nine is tighter and more hilly. You drop down into a valley over holes 10 and 11. Then work your way back up. Well for Saturday, there is 5 Iowa, 5 Illinois, 3 Nebraska plus 2 wild card. Perhaps play 36 Saturday stroke but total it as 18 best ball by state and 18 total stroke by state. Sunday we do some kind of singles matches. Hell I don't know.

I like this, but im thinking sunday fun day, or take Nebraska out since some will be gone sunday....hmmmm, pondering and trying to work it out in my head.

I was thinking average score for whole team after 36 on Saturday.

We could handicap, I'm for that if we're taking votes.

If we handicap....I'm a 17. But in reality I say we just take the top 4 scores for each team.
