Adidas for me always ran true to size. The one pair of Adidas that didn't run true to size for me were Adizero One and the Adizero Tour golf shoes. Those ran 1/2 size small.

If you you have a real Wide foot I would consider the wide option or going up hhalf a size. Other than that, if you have a standard or narrow foot theyshould run true to size

Ditto. I wear 11.5 wide or 12 m in adidas, that works for every shoe they've ever made except the original adicross.
