Great review P4B! The simplicity of this aid is its biggest strength. I think everyone would benefit from understanding more about the different mechanics of their swing and where the different parts are at at all times.
I'll be doing a review on a new training aid called the Tempo Teacher. Tempo Teacher is designed to improve hip rotation on the downswing to help golfers hit longer and straighter shots.

Mine came yesterday and I fiddled around with it in the living room. At first I thought it was useless. I couldn't see it doing anything for me. My takeaway was fine, but I noticed at impact and follow through I have issues. My hips at impact are too far forward and I am not getting full rotation. Should call this "Tempo Wrecker" as this will force me to now get my upper and lower body in sync. I think the Swingpact has had the most dramatic effect on my swing and the Tempo Teacher should only help further. I need to spend more time with it, but my initial thoughts are positive.

I ordered mine today, I discovered at my lesson last night that I wasn't rotating my hips soon enough.
