THP Live Round thread!

Lots of work going on on 18. New bridge. Decent drive, good hybrid, eh pitch to past the hole.

Didn't get the oil slick coming back down. Par finish and a much better round than last time out. Apex combo still showing well.
 
Anyone else playing today?? Getting to play in short sleeves was really great for the mood. Hoping some more of you get out and enjoy that if it's nice by you too!

First Apex 3i wasn't bad. Got away from me a bit.

Horrible kick on fringe on an otherwise good pitch.



Got the birdie. Missed a pretty easy one on #1.
 


Showing off the practice swing prowess again. haha I'm not even weird about it at this point, because I tend to pure one right at the pin right after I do it.

Not going to be easy to get loose today though. Cool and stiff.

I'm gonna have to stop checking the @ColdandStiff live round updates... all of the shot tracers are annoyingly on target, and this fairway-green-make a putt and finish under par routine is getting predictable. I need more adventure golf/carnage to keep things feeling familiar and relatable 🤠.

I guess that is another way of saying nice shot (as always!) @OldandStiff 👊 impressive game :D

Good drive, crap 3i that didn't draw into the wind, 28 yards from the pin in a bunker. Camera angle probably sucks because the horizontal attachment broke on hole 2, but 28 yds, ball above my feet and on a downslope. That last part is why it took my so long to figure out how I wanted to hit it.

Then hung back with a 3i off the tee on 10,

Trees didn't keep it though. Could have been worse. Decent little out to good position too. Love par 5's. :p

I was further away than I thought, but got to walk it in.

Pulled a Hybrito on the next tee and pretty sure I put it in the left bunker. 😕

6' from 123 and in. I'll take that from a fairway bunker all day every day thank you.




Still feeling wiggly with the FCG, but I'm sticking with it if they keep falling. Just doesn't feel as rock stable on the way back as my gamer. Like I'm fighting the less toe hang a bit.
