5 Hybrids??

I love my Maltby 5 hybrid, it's a very consistent club for me. I've always struggled with a 5 iron.

I'm in the process of assessing my clubs in my bag and am looking to change my 5 iron out for a 5 hybrid. Been using a shop demo Ping g425 5 hybrid and have been offered it at a heavily discounted price as an ex demo. Its so much easier and more consistent than my 5 iron.
Ego, says keep my Mizuno JPX921 Hot Metal Pro 5 iron but head is saying to replace it with the hybrid.

So far it seems more 4’ish than 5’ish, which is kinda what I was hoping for. Basically a 190-200 yard point and shoot kinda thing.
