Adjustable weight placement

I have a 3 iron hybrid here, that has 2 spots for screw in weights. For the longest time, I have struggled leaving shots out right with this club. I had 2 weights, the same weight, in there up until now. But wanted to switch it up to see if different weight placement will help me get the toe closed.

Will different weights help with this placement, and which order? Heavy toe, light heel or vice versa? (Simple question probably but my brain is slow right now I guess.

May just have to experiment a little. I use lead tape on the heel of my driver. Hard to square those 460cc heads every shot. Lots of trial and error for me getting it just right.

A heavier weight at the heel and lighter toward the toe should promote a draw.
