I have a vokey 52* wedge that I want to bend to 54* to fix a gap issue in my clubs. Is this possible? How many degrees can you bend a club? Any side effects?

Yes. It's easily possible and will only affect the bounce.

You should be able to have it bent with no issues except for more bounce on the sole. One degree of bounce added for every degree of loft added is about what you can expect.

A 54* would have more bounce anyways correct? If I bent it to 54* it would basically be an off the rack 54* except with a 52 on the bottom?

It would depend on what your current bounce is. A low bounce 52 bent to 54 might not be quite the bounce of a factory 54 sand wedge.

My 52 is an 8* bounce right now

That would be right on spec with the Vokey 54M in my bag. It has 10 degrees of bounce .

Couldnt pass up the deal. Spin milled 52* for a box of taylormade lethals.

That's a pretty good deal. Which model SM?

It will also reduce the offset of the club.

Yup, its possible. Used to game one that was 52 bent to 55*

Went away from it when I grabbed an RTX 588 in 56*.

Yep it will work you add 1 to the bounce for each degree weaker you make it
