With the exception of a playing in Florida twice (where I was more excited about the weather than the grass) I have only played on bent and bluegrass.

Short grass for me.

I lived in New Jersey my entire life until just over 2 years ago. Pretty much all I knew was bent.

I moved to the Charlotte area and most everything is Bermuda. I sincerely dislike the rough down here (which I find more often than not)... but the greens are great now that I've kinda, sorta figured out how to read the grain. I do find that I hit more fat pitches and chips down here than I ever did up in New Jersey, but... I assume I'll figure that out some day too.

Anything that is green and I can play on it at this point.

But I tend to lean towards bent since that's mostly what I play on.

I like a hybrid, a cross of bluegrass, Kentucky bluegrass, featherbed bent, and northern California sinsemilla.
The amazing stuff about this is that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt at night.

Bermuda greens and fairways all day long.
