I am going to reshaft my R11 irons with C-Taper Lite shafts. What size ferrule do I need to get? I talked with Golf Galaxy and Golfsmith and got 2 different answers. One said .355 and the other said .370 Does anyone know what TM uses when building clubs?

CTL is a .355 shaft if that helps. I honestly just bought the only ones they had in the store. I've had some that were a tight fit, but a little acetone or whacking them on the floor will get them in place.

According to the Taylormade website R11 irons are .370 parallel tip. You are going to need shims to install the C-taper lite shafts and I believe you will then need .355 ferrules.

Bad idea fitting .355 shafts into .370 hosels. Lots of threads covering this if you do a search.

Yeah you might want to choose a different shaft. .355 in a .370 head might not be too fun to make work..
