Get Ready To Run: YOU JUST WON THE SWEEP

Went out and hit the tennis court for a little while this morning. Trying to insure the legs are ready to go.

@OITW Do you have a week by week training regimen? I want to be in top shape. Should we focus on the mental aspect or the physical?

Mental reps will be crucial.

For physical, I recommend treadmill pushes 30 seconds on 30 seconds off 5x
