Good running shoe with lots of cushion

Best you seek some expert advice , feet are are complex mechanism and each person feels and is anatomically different in their walk / gait / run. As previously noted go to a store that are specialists in the fitting. Also orthotics and wider fitting shoe lasts are also available . Not every manufacturer shoe shape is the same.

I don't really run, just starting to jog some, but I have some Skechers GORun Consistent shoes and they are incredibly comfortable to me.

I'm fat and have big feet and I've tried 2 different shoes since may for my fitness. My Asics gel kayno are super light and amazing but I feel like I get fatigued in my calves with them. I've also had an MCL surgery years ago so I have to be cautious when exercising and they do not seem to lock me down into the shoes like some others.

Brooks glycene 18s have been amazing so far. The arch support is awesome and they have a wide toe box. I never messed with brooks because I never was into running or jogging the last 15 years.

I want to try the Saucony stuff because my old trail running shoes were Saucony and they had some of the best ankle support and some of the best durability of any shoe I've ever worn.

I'm a big fan of Asics pretty much all I wear

All depends on your step and feet. I read up and thought Brooks ghost would be the best so I got a pair, and they are terrible for me.. they worsen my supination and I only wear them for mowing the lawn now, if that

I have been a rep in running world for years. I think Brooks is the best most consistent brand. Take time to try on several styles. Also Asics and Saucony. People love Hoka but I do wonder if they buy the second pair. Try those brands and you'll be fine. And dont go cheap. Your going to pay $115-$150.

Big fan of Nike Vomeros.

I am surprised you supinate. Only about 10% of us do. (You land and foot rolls out versus in which is pronation).

Love my Clifton 6’s, BUT, NB Fresh Foam More V3 and Nike Invincible Run are the kings of cushion. They both also offer just a touch of responsiveness where I find my Hoka’s have kind of a dead, mushy feel, which I love for just walking around.
Honorable mention to ASICS Novablast 2. I’m surprised someone suggested Kayano as that is known more as a stability shoe, not much cushioning there. Their traditional high cushion shoe is the nimbus, but it’s been superseded by the Novablast and Meta lines.
Also, a shoutout to Saucony Triumph 18.
