2 3/4 for me. Any higher and I get too under the ball.
 
I'm not even sure. I used the yellow brush tees for years. I broke the last two of them earlier this year and have been using some THP tees I got from someone here. Not even sure of the length. I don't really tee it up too high for my driver.

3 and a quarter here. I do tee it down a bit sometimes if I am hitting it to high instead of straight. Fun contest!
