Graphite shafts in irons

Switching to Steelfibers from KBS Tours has helped my chronic elbow pain (along with Shockwave therapy to breakdown years of scar tissue!). Recently I was feeling good and missing my Apex Pros so I decided to hit a large bucket with them; the 120g Tours quickly had my elbows warning me to return to the Steelifibers.

Had club fit with srixon 545 irons
Basically the n s pro 980 lightweight steel
Vs Miyazaki blue
Miyazaki was my length and the n s pro slightly short
The overall result was a line ball with no significant difference in ball flight and distance .
I did feel more connected the the steel shaft so went with them
Also it is possible with the extra length it may be slightly better
So light steel shaft may not be greatly different to graphite in some cases
