I have decided that I am going to run in a half marathon. My best friend has ran them for a couple years now and I would like to start myself.
My training starts tomorrow with a 2 mile run. Wednesday is a rest day, Thursday is a 3 mile run, Friday is a rest or cross training day and Saturday is a 4 mile run. The miles go up weekly for 12 weeks, but I am skipping week one because I am in good enough shape to do so.
I will be tracking my progress in this thread for those interested.
