Question for the <1 camp. Is it just water all the time then?
 
I drink at least 1 caffeine free diet Coke per day and maybe a caffeine free diet Mt. Dew every other day. The caffeine free and diet part are by order of my Cardiologist.

I do drink a lot of water. Regardless, anytime I have a choice I always choose something other than Pop/Soda.
99.9% of the time I avoid Soda and Donuts; that .1% is weakness.
 
Diet Coke. 2 per day usually. Sometimes more. Sometimes less.
